So sad this place is closing. The service is excellent and the food has been consistently great over the years. I truly hope the new owners and restaurant takes on this team as they are all truly so kind and welcoming.
Fantastic burger! The smokehouse is the best burger in the city.
Place needs to work on its service though. Seems understaffed every time I go and you end up waiting longer than you should to get to a table or be seen by a server.
I would suggest adding a busser for busier nights. The host was bussing multiple tables and wasn’t able to seat us in 10 mins in a not full restaurant

2 Doors Down is one of (if not absolutely) my favourite restaurants in Halifax. Cocktails are always great. We really enjoy the food too ( especially the smash burgers and Korean fired chicken). We would highly recommend this restaurant.
