I used to love 902 - we ordered from them frequently. I've had an issue with their food being missing upon delivery and the quality, but gave the benefit of the doubt twice. Tonight was substantially below par: burnt lamb, burnt to the bone, and so much less than the 10oz as advertised. My partner's falafel was rock hard overcooked, the Greek salad tasted SO strongly of vinegar, lemon and garlic. Their fries are really good, if that's some consolidation. This is the last time I'll be getting their food, hands down. I love to support local, but my entire apartment smells like charred meat right now. Miserable.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered haleem expecting a freshly prepared dish, but what I received was clearly not made the same day. The food tasted stale and had the texture of something that had been refrigerated for more than a day and simply reheated.

What made the situation worse was that the restaurant actually confirmed the dish was more than a day and a half old. That’s completely unacceptable—customers should never be served food that old, especially without any prior notice. It shows a serious lack of quality control and disregard for customer expectations.

There was no effort to ensure freshness, and it felt like the dishes were treated as an afterthought. When you’re paying for a dish like haleem, you expect something freshly made—not leftovers.

Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place if you value fresh food, and decent service.

I ordered food from this place twice. Both were deliveries. The first time I ordered Moutabal and Syrian shawarma. Moutabal was very delicious. Syrian shawarma was also delicious but it was burnt. The fries were great. The second time I ordered Falafal and greek salad. Greek salad was perfect. Falafal was very delicious but it was very dry. I expected some sauce like hummus or garlic or tahini on the bread but there was no sauce. Also, it was wrapped in tortillas instead of pita bread which isn’t very authentic.

I had the beef shawarma platter and my partner had the lamb shish kebab. It was the best middle eastern food we've ever had! The meat was cooked perfectly , juicy and tender, and the flavours for the toum, red pepper dip, and hummus were out of this world! Portions were extremely generous, and we left stuffed and extremely satisfied

I got shawarma with salad and it looked mouth watering. One bite in, and the flavors slapped me so hard I thought Gordon Ramsay just kissed my taste buds. Absolute perfection 10/10, would reorder in a heartbeat.
