I like a&w in general but this place was not welcoming to me. Staff just ignored me so I had to go away. It’s not the first time I see a senior person being rude in customer service.

I don’t know if they simply ignore, or not trained enough for this job, to clarify order, the mere fact they offered me the kids meal and gave me a regular , I meant the chocolate milk is a tell tale, either, lazy, bored, tired, not wanting to understand or repeat the order or a sad sensitive thing communication barrier - either way of sucks the experience and on top of this my understanding with any order comes with all condiments relevant and necessary boy does this add up to their salary or ability to stay in the job if they give none?!?!??? FYI the chicken wraps are minuscule for the size!! For the amount —- ehhh NVM
