I visited A&W last night and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. A special shoutout to the turban gentleman at the front, he was doing an outstanding job managing everything during a busy time. He handled the rush with professionalism and was extremely helpful to customers. Truly impressive service!

I have always loved your onion rings but was extremely disappointed when I ordered at the drive through.The onion rings were small and soggy without seasoning and very bland.They used to be large and crispy with a great taste but no longer.I won’t order these again.It is as if you closed and reopened with a cheaper version of some items.I guess you have to oay for your refurnishing somehow.

I don't normally eat fast food, and I'm certainly not rating this as fine dining. But, it has healthier choices than most. Grass fed beef, in a bun, or a lettuce wrap, if you're keto. The uncle burger is the best, with a big patty and bacon and cheese. Get it with an optional second patty, and it's good nutrition in my opinion! You can order it online, but it would be even betterfor road trips if you could say when you want to pick it up.

Rude staff, got my order wrong, waited in the drive through for 7 minutes with no other cars in the driveway, was given the wrong total 3 times after asking repeatedly, when taking my order the staff were snippy and rushed, you can tell no one wants to be there. My food every time I’ve been has been disgusting with stale buns, might as well go to McDonald’s from now on.
