I have always loved your onion rings but was extremely disappointed when I ordered at the drive through.The onion rings were small and soggy without seasoning and very bland.They used to be large and crispy with a great taste but no longer.I won’t order these again.It is as if you closed and reopened with a cheaper version of some items.I guess you have to oay for your refurnishing somehow.

I don't normally eat fast food, and I'm certainly not rating this as fine dining. But, it has healthier choices than most. Grass fed beef, in a bun, or a lettuce wrap, if you're keto. The uncle burger is the best, with a big patty and bacon and cheese. Get it with an optional second patty, and it's good nutrition in my opinion! You can order it online, but it would be even betterfor road trips if you could say when you want to pick it up.

Rude staff, got my order wrong, waited in the drive through for 7 minutes with no other cars in the driveway, was given the wrong total 3 times after asking repeatedly, when taking my order the staff were snippy and rushed, you can tell no one wants to be there. My food every time I’ve been has been disgusting with stale buns, might as well go to McDonald’s from now on.

Order the Canadian breakfast. 2 eggs over easy, bacon , sausages, toast, taters. They don't offer that at any other fast food chains . Quality price 👌 love it. All that for less than 12$

Went to the drive through today and got the veggie burger and onion rings. Rings were room temperature and chewy and the burger was cold, not room temperature but cold. Terrible.
Totally waste of money and weird experience I have got. They should give more training to the worker even they don't know how to treat with customer. Workers are very rude and behave like uneducated.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your drive-thru. After waiting for approximately two minutes without being acknowledged, I drove to the window and honked several times. Unfortunately, the staff continued to engage in conversation (gossiping with each other) and did not take my order or address me. Please check your cameras at about 9:55 pm today. It was very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour from your staff. I wont be coming back to your store. Your employees needs to learn soft skills/customer service or atleast give them proper training. I would appreciate if you could review the situation, check your cameras and give attention this matter. After that i bought my dinner from McDonald which was wayyyyyy better. A big shame on your employees

"I had a terribly experience at A&W. I don't even have enough words to criticize the service I received. The lack of professionalism was evident; it felt like I was at a local roadside eatery (dhaba) rather than a branch of a renowned company. The staff seemed to have forgotten that they were representing a globally recognized brand. Overall, the experience was far below what I expected from A&W.

I had a disappointing experience with the girl at the front. She was quite rude for no reason and didn’t greet me at all, which felt unnecessary. I am also working as manager at A&W , I understand the importance of good customer service. It’s crucial to treat customers with respect, as they are paying for their meals, not receiving them for free. The food was decent, but it could have been better. Politeness goes a long way in creating a positive attitude.
