I’ve been going through this A&W drive-thru on average of once a week for a few years now. I work night shift and a lot of mornings you just don’t feel like going home to make supper at 7:00am. I have always had great food and great service - especially since it’s probably super annoying to have to make a burger & onion rings as soon as you open, when everyone else is there for breakfast. Despite this, the staff have always been extremely friendly and prompt. My favourite thing about the staff is that they are the same people that were there a few years ago when I first started visiting. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat this place as their own, and it really shows in the customer experience. I hope A&W values what a great team they have at this location - especially the morning crew!

My recent visit to this A&W location left me somewhat disappointed. While I'm typically a fan of A&W's food, the cleanliness of this particular restaurant was a major letdown. The dining area was quite dirty, with uncleaned tables, and the floor could have used a good sweep.The food, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations either. The burger was not as hot as it should have been, and it appeared to have been prepared hastily. The service at the counter was average, but I expected better from a reputable fast-food chain like A&W.I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, but maintaining cleanliness is essential for customer satisfaction. I hope they pay more attention to this aspect in the future, as it significantly impacts the dining experience.In summary, my experience at this A&W Canada location was subpar due to cleanliness issues. The food and service were just okay. I'd be willing to give it another chance in the hope that things have improved, but for now, I can only give it a 2-star rating.

Frozen Root Bee was a bit disappointing. It's a not-buy-twice thing. The big chunks of ice is odd and it's not what I know A&W Root Beer is. I'm not sure if they can it more obvious that the chicken strips are not really strips of chicken. They look really weird.
