We went out for lunch and ordered four dishes. The dosa was significantly delayed, and after waiting 30–40 minutes, the dosa we received was undercooked. The restaurant was very crowded and seemed understaffed, which likely contributed to the delay. However, waiting that long and receiving undercooked food isn’t fair. They should consider having more staff during busy hours to improve service and food quality.

I ordered Chole Bhatura and butter chicken poutine . Below average. Waste of money.

So me and my friends came from Saint John to Halifax for Christmas and we’re looking to have some Indian cuisine and we came at Adda eatery and guess what just felt so nostalgic after having such a amazing meal and their chai is on top of everything.

Very bad experience. I ordered a dosa and it came without sambar, and the dosa itself was soggy. One of my friends ordered just a coffee, and it took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Service was very slow and disappointing. Definitely not worth the wait.

.Waited 30 minutes just to get a coffee, then had to leave it unattended for another 10 minutes because no one seemed to care. That’s not “busy,” that’s poor management and zero respect for customers’ time.
If you can’t handle basic coffee service during operating hours, don’t take orders you can’t fulfill. Coffee shouldn’t feel like a test of patience.

The best dosa ever. I ate dosa many times in Toronto but none were better than this one.

Absolutely irresponsive behavior! No one even cares to come to the counter despite seeing customers lining up. I mean at least a gesture or an eye contact would still be nice. A girl stood making Dosa there but did not even care to look at the counter area. Level up your customer service skills guys.

Chicken dum biryani was off, guess the quality and taste is not consistent and that was the only reason for me coming here.
Now will think again before coming. Rice quality was average, spices taste different and the raita had taste like coming from a sushi place.
Since I come often hence the average ratings if i were new I would rate 1 *

Amazing food. Loved the taste. Ordered Biryani, idling sambar, hakka noodles , tea and filter coffee. Everything was perfect. Clean place. Its inside the mall.

I've been there a few times, and they still don't care if someone's waiting to order. The food's alright, though.

I had their dum Biriyani. Test was good but it comes with just two small pieces of chicken . The price they charge it should come with little more pieces
