Stopped by on a whim and was carried away into an eclectic world of the lil devil! Delicious dishes that will tickle both your pallette and your soul. The flavours created by the masterchef will dance in your being for hours on end.

Service was great, but the resto was really smokey and greasy. I'd say this place seemed like a greasy spoon. Food wasn't that great.

Wow, I had the McSeoul Burger, and it was the the best chicken burger i've ever had. I think of myself as a burger buff, and this was just amazing. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Also, the service was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. Hope you get the awesome girl with glasses. I will definitely be back when I am next in Halifax. Top job Afrite team, you nailed it

We stumbled upon this place on a sunny Sunday while we were walking down along the waterfront. The prices of the restaurants on the waterfront are ridiculous and catering to tourists not locals.

My husband and I were looking for a nice patio style restaurant to have an afternoon drink and some appetizers. When we went in to the restaurant, we were greeted so nicely and told to pick a seat outside. The waitress was all smiles and very friendly. She recommended her favorite foods and it didn't disappoint! The schwarma salad is amazing and the schwarma tacos were great too!

I wish with regard to the waitress I had of caught her name, I do know she is originally from Newfoundland. She was a great conversationalist and made us feel very welcomed.

We will definitely return because not only was the food good, and the service fantastic but the feeling of a small business who cares about the locals in the community is very apparent. Well done!!!

Had the Ginger Beef, and I can see why the dish won on Master Chef. Incredible. My wife had the strawberry rhubarb French Toast and still talks about it. And a great price too. Cannot recommend enough!

I unfortunately can’t speak to the food or atmosphere, because I wasn’t able to visit the restaurant. The online reservation system is set up so that each reservation is confirmed manually before it’s approved. I tried to book online twice, it wasn’t able to be approved either time (which is apparently “a rare occurrence”). So I called them to book (the person who picked up the phone didn’t even introduce themselves/the business but just said “hi”), and was approved for 3 PM the following day. About 20 minutes later, I received a call back from a different employee, who said she had seen my attempts in the online booking system and just wanted to follow up. I said someone had already called, and I made the reservation for 3 PM for 3 people, which she confirmed. The next day, at 2:55 PM I receive a call, and am told the restaurant is actually closed at 3 PM.

This is my second time here. It was t as good as the first time. Spicy fish fritters were amazing. Martime fries were good (soft fires not crispy). I usually like crispy but this worked with the oyster aioli they give you on the side. Lastly the tacos. Ordered 3 of them chicken shawarma, do air and broccoli. Broccoli was good especially if you’re vegetarian but nothing special. The other 2 were ok but would have been nice to have more than 2-3 little pieces of meat. Im not sure if I will be back.

Food was great, so fresh and lots of flavor! Fattoush was exceptional. Cod tacos were crunchy and delicious! Open air indoor seating let a nice breeze in, and gave a warm community feel. Service was attentive and friendly.

The ambiance of this restaurant is to die for!!! The staff are like a friendly family and the food is incredible: think high class kitchy vibes. It's on my restaurant regular visits list; brunch, lunch, or supper. They can even accommodate private events with notice. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

The food pictures looked amazing and reviews seemed good. We waited about 30-40 mins for our order to be taken (let's note only people inside and only one table outside so it wasn't busy). Then another 30-40 mins to get the food. Multiple mistakes, missing items etc.

Our group of 9 found the food over priced and mediocre. It wasn't bad food, but it wasn't great for the price. I personally wouldn't go out of my way to go back.
