I had such a fantastic meal at AFrite! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour.
I started with the dumplings, and they were perfect, tender on the inside with a lovely crisp edge. The drizzle of sauce added just the right amount of sweet and savoury.
The gnocchi dish was the star of the night. The gnocchi itself was pillowy and creamy, tossed with strips of meat, peas, and a rich, comforting sauce. you can’t go wrong with carbonara . Every bite felt like the perfect blend of textures and flavours, hearty, savoury, and so satisfying. To top it all off, the cocktail was refreshing and bright, with citrus notes that paired beautifully with the meal. It was the perfect drink to unwind with. The atmosphere was warm, the service was friendly, and the food was incredible. eFrite definitely exceeded my expectations I’ll be coming back for more! I heard that they have a great brunch.Highly recommend

I thought this place was ok. We were a large group that filled the restaurant and the service was outstanding. They seemed surprised that we were there even though a reservation has been made so they didn't have enough staff on hand but you wouldn't have known it. The staff that were working kept up, remained positive and ensured we all got our food in a pretty timely manner. I was really impressed by our waitress! The apps we had were all really tasty but my main was just ok. It could be because they were unexpectedly slammed but with so many other restaurants in the area I won't rush back to this one.

This place has been on my radar to try for a few years now. We finally made it downtown to try it for breakfast this morning. I'm kicking myself for not coming sooner. Wow!!!
The restaurant has a cozy vibe. Our server was super friendly, witty and attentive.
We ordered the Canadian Breakfast and the Chicken Wafflles. Both were well portioned and super tasty. I couldn't get enough of the rosemary seasoned home fries, even though they weren't on my plate.
The meal was rounded out buy some great coffee brewed in a french press.
We joked with our server that we would back tomorrow. It might not be that soon, but it definitely won't be years before we dine here again.

Simply 5 stars ⭐️!! Got welcomed with a smile food was out of this world took the smoke meat flat bread , fries with citrus and garlic sauce plus the soupe of the day. The mix of different flavour was out of this world took. You definitely make your mom proud. Thank you for an amazing experience.
