Tiny pizza for 26$ picture shows a size comparison very disappointing

Ordered chocolate lava cake, arrived and was told they only have strawberry, asked if it was chocolate strawberry, “just strawberry,” okay then sure. Received a strawberry cheesecake. Didn’t offer to cover the price given they didn’t have what I ordered nor did they explain it was a cheesecake. Pizza was good though. Disappointed in no lava cake. Love lava cake.

One of the best Pizza store in the Halifax. Amazing team! Food is always fresh. I mostly go for pizza The dough is so fresh in comparison with the other pizza store. The guy at the front i guess Jay , He is very kind and hardworking. There is always Service with a smile from the team. Love the place. Would recommend it to everyone around Halifax. ❤️

Visited Alexandra's pizza today. We ordered paneer pizza and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and nice. Definitely will visit again.

We Ordered a shawarma pizza, didn’t have base sauce, no garlic sauce. We order regularly from here, but this time it was disappointed. They were not even refund the pizza. And crust was like plate. 👎👎👎👎

Extremely disappointed. Ordered two large shawarma pizzas , no garlic base, very little chicken, and a bad crust. We’ve ordered from here before, but this time it was a total waste of money. Wish I could give zero stars. Not recommended.

I ordered a shawarma pizza , but they delivered a pizza with only veggies and minimal chicken. There was no garlic sauce and less base. When i contacted the store, they refused refund or any other credits. It was a bad experience

Favourite pizza place. I’m completely impressed with the customer service. It was fun on weekends with music.The employees were nice and polite specially the girl mandi (don’t remember her exact name) took our order was very sweet and cooperative. She recommended the best food. Definitely will come back here.

I’ve been a regular at the Grafton Street Halifax location for over two years, but since the recent staff change, the customer service has gone downhill. During my last visit, a supervisor named Mandy raised her voice when I respectfully asked for two cups for the Coke I purchased with my pizza.

I understand if free cups aren’t allowed, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. I was told I’m “the only person who asks every time,” which made me feel my business wasn’t appreciated, despite spending around $30 per visit. Very disappointing experience.
