Great pizza!

We waited over two hours for a pizza. Had to call three times to check on it. When it finally arrived, we were charged full price despite the two hour wait. Both unprofessional and absurd. This place has lost my business forever - and I really liked their pizza, too.

Horrible experience. The guy who took our order was Soo rude.

We bought beer from him and we’re heading to the table and he snapped at us and started yelling. He stated saying things in Arabic was clearly a racist.

I completely understand that the store is located on a busy street and they might be getting lot of drunk people all the time but that doesn’t mean that they start behaving like an assholes.

0 for customer service. Not going back ever.

I would give minus starts if I could. I have been there two times and It is the worst service you’ll ever get in your life. The two men who are there are so rude, it’s like they don’t want you to be there. The way they treat customers is so bad. They are so arrogant and the food isn’t even that great. Do yourself a favour and never step foot in that hell hole they won’t even let you into the washroom if you don’t buy anything.

I have ordered there several times for convenience mainly as I stay at the prince George hotel quite often. Food is fine the delivery people are arrogant and quite frankly pretty damn sketchy why I tip them I have no idea bottom of the barrel for sure.

Few years back I used to go there and then pizza was very delicious and staff is very cooperative and good.

But now pizza taste is bad and they forgot to put toppings also.

And the staff is not good at all.
No respect for customers, and no cleannines also while making pizza.
Don't provide keys for washroom.
No service at all.

OWNER PLZ CHANGE YOUR STAFF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
THEY RUIN YOUR PIZZA BRAND NAME.

The behave of staff is very rude They are not dealing cutomer properly. Took 2 pizzas but it's all waste of money no proper toppings, missed toppings from pizza.

Owner plz take action on your employee as they are ruining your pizza store name.

I found hairs in pizza. They are not taking care of hygiene. The behave of staff is very rude.

Drivers…uber,skip or anyone..don’t go to this place if u want to use the washroom.bcoz first u hv to buy something then these guys allow u to use the washroom.
