I had an issue with miscommunication between an order but the manager took care of it personally and made everything great without hesitation..very nice person to deal with....I have eaten there for years one of my favorite places to eat.

11:04 pm Thursday night, Whoever was in the costumer service. I understand they might be bg but how bg are you that you don’t even have time to reply to the question asked. We were asking a question and she hung up on us without even responding to the answer. We ordered a small spicy buffalo chicken pizza and wings and she didn’t asked what toppings would we want…she was rushing to hung up the call. I can never complain on the food but this behaviour from the employee will...

We had Alexandra’s (Grafton St) for our wedding party of around 100 people. They were excellent to communicate with in our planning phase. The service and delivery went extremely smoothly. The pizza and garlic fingers were so good and everyone enjoyed! Would highly recommend if you need pizza catering for a big group!
