I’ve had the privilege of attending two prix fixe dinners at Anemone. Of course the food is stand out, every single thing has been thought of when it comes to her menus. The service is absolutely phenomenal and incredibly attentive, without being overbearing as it could turn when it’s such a small space. Going as a table of two, you can choose one of each course and comfortably share both to get a bite of everything.On the first occasion, I took my mother for her birthday in September. I usually spend time looking through menus until I find what I know she’ll enjoy, but she really loves the experiences of sitting down and trying different things. This time, she thought it was fabulous. She did not enjoy one of her cocktails (I think too strong for her) and they created something different that was perfect for her.The second occasion, my partner and I attended the fondue night. It was absolutely beautiful and the first time either of us have experienced this. Honestly our mistake, because now nothing else will live up to what we actually want. He really had no idea what to expect and this type of dining was a first for him, but he loved it.I look forward to every time she posts about the next one, giving me the chance to look over her menus and dream of the next time I get the chance to go. I highly recommend trying to snag a spot when you can, and of course adding the drink pairings! If you are on the fence about the menu, give it a try because she really does create magic. I understand that it is on the pricier side, but for the atmosphere and experience that they work so hard to create, going at least once is definitely worth it.

My partner and I celebrated our elopement at Anemone this past Thanksgiving weekend with 10 guests and it was wonderful! I’ve eaten at one of their pop-ups (which I won in a giveaway) so I knew the food would be excellent, but I didn’t realize how special it would be to have the whole place to ourselves with such amazing, personalized service by Dany and Stephane. The ambiance was really lovely with local, seasonal flowers and decor all throughout the space. They were very professional and patient with us during planning, and I felt no stress leading up to the event.Also important: trust Dany to make your cake!! I’ve been disappointed by so many cakes in my life and I have some annoyingly particular family members so I was a little hesitant, but she knows what she’s doing. My cake was fresh, flavourful and BEAUTIFUL. (It was the apple spice cake). They kindly and carefully package up all unfinished food and send it back with you, so we’ve been enjoying our cake for days.Highly recommend.
We had our rehearsal dinner at Anemone. We had a plated dinner with passed appetizers and it was all delicious! We were a group of 16 and it was the perfect intimate setting. The staff were lovely. Leading up to the evening, Danny and her team were very responsive and accommodating to help make the evening stress free. I highly recommend!

The food was AMAZING, the space was decorated to perfection and the Anemone Team was the icing on the cake - professional, friendly & attentive. What I loved most about getting married with Anemone dining was the ease of organizing the event. As the wedding drew closer friends and family would ask me how the planning was going and honestly, I didn’t have much to plan. Danielle is a very organized business owner & chef with great wedding packages that make the building of your special day a breeze. The ambiance in the space is romantic and warm and the food is fresh and flavourful. You can customize your experience to your own desire which again, Danielle made very easy. We had Dany and her team at Anemone cater our off-site private wedding for around 30 guests. Dany and Jesse were incredibly accommodating and made the process of picking out a menu super easy, even with working around some dietary restrictions with our guests. On the day-of, they arrived prepared, organized, on time, and were super accommodating when we were running a little behind. The process was so easy, and stress-free. And man, THE FOOD. Wow. We ended up going with shared grazing boards for appetizers, and family style main dishes, then plated desserts. It was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and of our family and friends were raving. It truly is fine dining, with beautiful presentation, generous portions and absolutely INCREDIBLE food. If you have a chance to go down to their private event space, or have them cater a private event in your home or venue, do it. You will not be disappointed! We can’t wait until we have a chance to have another meal made by Dany and her team at Anemone Dining.

We were so lucky to have found Anemone.Right from the start, Chef Dany and her staff were excellent to deal with. They helped me plan the logistics of all the little details I wanted to incorporate and gave great advice on which menu options would be best for us.The evening went off perfectly and, most importantly, stress free. The space was beautiful, and Dany was so attentive checking in with my guests and I. The food surpassed our expectations. All our guests were raving about the food.I highly HIGHLY recommend adding on a wedding cake to your package. Chef Dany used fresh flowers and fruit to make the most beautiful and unique cake I have ever seen. The cake was also the most perfect and delicious cake I have ever tasted.
