The service was very good..I sat at the bar alone and was well receive by one of the barmaid. The food was very good for.the price. Not my best mexican restaurant food experience but mixed with the ambiance of the place, it makes it a pleasant experience.

Food was great! Our server Jess was so so amazing, they kept calling my girlfriend and I “lovelies” and they had just the best energy I’ve ever had from a server. This was on a busy lunch shift with only a couple other servers as well, so Jess must truly be an angel!

The space is great and the food is great too. The tacos were a good size. Nacho's were really good. They have a patio open year round and it's covered in the winter with heaters in its very nice space. Did get busy later in the night definitely call and make a reservation to make sure you get in.

Busy spot on a sat eve but we booked ahead. Had a great little booth, so nice and comfortable. We had the fish, pork carnitas & the chicken tinga tacos, our favourite was the crispy fish tacos. Will return! ???

Had a good meal at Antojo!Started with esquites, a street corn like dip served with homemade chips. It was incredibly delicious, would highly recommend everyone try it and would go back JUST to get the dip.The Cherry Bomb (one of their cocktails) was amazingly yummy. The jalapeno syrup in the drink and tajin on the rim made this drink the perfect combo of sweet and spicy.Our meal was the build your own tacos for two... And it was disappointing. You choose two protein options (we chose al pastor and chicken tinga). Both options were underwhelming. The pineapple on the al pastor was, by far, the MOST disappointing part of the meal. It's advertised as "grilled pineapple" but there was nothing grilled about it. And it was served on top of the meat mixture... If it's not grilled, then it should be cooked with the meat.The meat options were both bland. They weren't well seasoned or spiced.The tacos came with homemade guac that lacked any real flavour.We tried all of the homemade taco sauces and again, were underwhelmed at the lack of flavour.If I hadn't gotten the esquites, then I wouldn't have anything positive to say about the food here. Especially at $39 for two very small bowls of meat served with flavourless salsa, guac, and taco sauces. Because of the amazing taste of the esquites and my drink, I'd assume the tacos just aren't one of their best menu items (which is obviously funny) but I'd definitely go back and try something else next time.Our waitress was absolutely lovely. She recommended the esquites dip to us. She was on the ball and checked on us exactly the right amount of times.
