Really great food and fast service! Pretty small space so there's usually a line outside once you hit around 9:30amVegetarian options: A few veg options but not a huge selection.Dietary restrictions: One of the workers was wearing an Ardmore branded shirt that basically said they didn't carry non dairy or gluten free options... Didn't see anything on the menu either, so at least they're up front about it!!

I ordered the chicken and waffles the other day and it was awesome! I can’t wait to order it again, honestly. Side of spiced home fries, 4 plump and crispy white meat chicken tenders, on top of a true Belgian waffle (with the pearl sugar inside!)Came with some really tasty spicy sauce as wellBathrooms are very small.. the one I used didn’t have a change table, but they do have high chairs.A kids menu with smaller portions would be awesome!

I was pleased when my neighbour's suggested we go there for lunch as I had never dined there. First impression. We opened the door to enter and we were truffle told to wait outside (apparently there is normally a sign stating this as it has limited seating. Once a table became available we entered. I was craving a good old fashioned western sandwich. I even enquired how it was to be prepared. I was informed. Ham green peppers onion and eggs. Excellent. It arrived on a cheap commercial bread with two small slivers of red pepper, virtually no ham and the eggs were clearly just fried in a pan unscrambled. It was cold and inedable. I found out our server was the owner. Listen, I don't like to write bad reviews...I feel for restaurants. I have no issue paying for quality and I am a generous tipper. I didn't order anything else and the owner did not care enough to enquire as to why my sandwich was left after only one bite. Very disappointing experience.

Wow. What a great spot to kick off your day. Got the lumberjacks breakfast and all the food was superb, and don’t get me started about the hash browns. Seasoned perfectly and made with love. The prices… unbeatable. Listen folks, I’m a picky eater and this here satisfied my pallet like no other. Rated the spot a Nugent-Hopkins, yes, a 9.3. Definitely recommend!
