Asado catered our Wedding. They were great to deal with from start to finish. Laid back vibe and we got tons of compliments on the food! They were flexible and accommodating to changes to cocktail hour, dinner and late night pizza.
I tried Asado Wood Fired Grill yesterday at the food trucks in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. I have never had an Oktoberfest sausage before and I had one yesterday and it was bang on. It was delicious. Their corn on the cob was very sweet and delicious as well.
Asado catered our wedding this past weekend in the valley. We had an amazing charcuterie selection during cocktail hour. It was way bigger than we expected! Our mains were the chicken & ribs, smoked beef brisket, and vegan portobello burger, along with roasted potatoes, wok'd veggies, and kale caesar salad.
Every element of the meal was perfect - even better than when we had our tasting! Lots of people went up for seconds, and it did seem like the brisket...
