The food here could not have been better and the portions are generous. Incredible things are happening in that kitchen and we can't wait to go back.

Very loud atmosphere. There wasn't much in the decor to soften the sound. Service was top notch, both at the bar and the restaurant. Food was very good but not traditional Lebanese. Some items were grossly overpriced like the 4 tiny pea sized scallops at 20$. Otherwise, not too exaggerated. I'd go back and try different items.

We ate at Au Liban as an anniversary dinner and it was our first time there. We were seated at a strange table right by the door with a large pillar right beside it and overall were not impressed with the atmosphere. Service was slow at first - it was a long time before anyone came to ask for a drink order or anything. Once we had our order in, the appetizer came out very quickly but also way before our cocktails. We had the Muhammara dip to start, which looked lovey and was a good size portion for two people but had almost no flavor at all. This was disappointing for $17. After the appetizer, our small plates were not cleared away and the main dish arrived (we shared a platter for two). The server asked if we would like clean dishes (of course we would!) and disappeared with our plates only to not return with new ones while our meal sat getting cold. Our original server saw us waiting and fetched us clean plates, which again were the small appetizer plates wo we had to eat little portions from the platter off those. That said, the main dish, comprised mainly of meat kebabs, was very good. The server was great at keeping our water topped up, but overall the level of service and quality of food was not on par with comparable places like Darya.

There were 6 of us in a group with a reservation. Place was lovely, server was nice. We ordered drinks and starters. Starters arrive, drinks were late. "Kitchen's a little fast tonight." I guess it was, because as we are eating appetizers, literally food in hands and mouths, the entrees were brought out and set down. I told the server putting food in front of me that this was too fast. "huh" I mean, if you want to turn over the table, we'll go. We declined desserts or coffee and left. $500+ for under an hour. Nice work if you can get it.

It’s beautiful inside, the service was excellent. The food was absolutely delish and the mocktail I had (fire and ice) was wonderful.
