Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar

I have always enjoyed Baton Rouge. We had 2 meals. Chicken and ribs were great. Chicken tenders with a baked potato has fantastic tenders but the baked potato was barely warm. We did not complain to waitress Ocean. She was excellent. We then ordered a tea and a coffee. The tea was perfect however the coffee was hardly lukewarm. We did advise waitress who replaced it but there was a 5 minute wait. I don't understand why there is not always a pot of coffee ready. For a Friday night we were surprised we could only see 1 other table occupied. Empty restaurant does not have much ambience. It was a lovely evening so I admit there was a good crowd using the outdoor seating. The restaurant is not horrible but at this point I do not see returning in the near future

Greeter at main entrance was rude and miserable. Certainly not welcoming. Waiter didn't ask if we wanted water, screwed up drink order and rushed us through without giving us enough time to look at menu.

Service and food were exceptional. Met with an aunt and uncle who docked in Halifax from a cruise. I was here for vacation. It was wonderful to meet with them at your lovely restaurant.

Nice place and good food. We had chicken breast which was juicy and tender and the steak was so good.

Nicely appointed restaurant with quick, efficient service and friendly staff. All the dishes we had - Maf & Cheese, Spinach Dip, Gnocchi, and Fried Chicken Sandwich with Onion Rings - were nicely presented and delicious. Portions were generous. Our server Logan was affable and attentive, and all the staff we encountered were neatly attired and friendly.

Hands down the best ribs in the city. Service is always professional and gives off high end vibes while still feeling comfortable and welcoming.

We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, was a little disappointed. They were quite small and not much flavor. However the pretzel with cheese dip was fun and tasty. My Santa Fe chicken on wild rice was good. My friends sirloin steak had a lot of gristle, the ribs were good. Our server Lindsay was absolutely fantastic!

Ordered Rib on Uber Eats, Ribs were stained with fur. Utterly disgusting, did they fall on any surface or what...?😅

We got food delivered from here by Uber Eats last night and everything was Amazing. Best Brussel sprouts I've ever had !!
I want it again Right now.
