Went to this cafe, the coffee was good. The chocolate chip muffin was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for a day. The ladies working were ok. Overall there are better cafes in the city.

I had some time to spare before my afternoon appointment and I asked Google maps for a good coffee shop close by. It took me to Balancing Rock Coffee House and it was just what I needed. A perfect Latte with a delicious cheese and savory scone, and a wonderful barista who served me at my table. I will be back!

Great coffee shop inside the Marriott harbor front hotel they serve the sissiboo coffee which is really good never had it before and they also have a nice assortment of pastries and sandwiches I really loved their house made energy balls the staff is friendly quick and knowledgeable about the area as well gave me quite a few good restaurant and hang out spot recommendations!

Good service, nice location. My wife loved her tea, but I ended up trashing the coffee. Bitter. Sizes are really small. There small is a Starbucks short and the large is a Vente.

Everything is just perfect here!! Staff is so courteous and professional. The hotel is clean, it feels luxurious while having this little vibe when you just feel comfortable and safe among you stay. Our focal point was the Harbourstone Pour House (in house restaurant)!! I mean, the food was just amazing! Alot of choices, and convenient for all of allergy of preferences types (Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Pork Free, etc... - they had it all). Of course, we had one of the best night sleep since the bed are so comfortable! The room are cozy, while giving you an impression of luxury; it's difficult to explain but the feeling that you'll have after only a one night stay will get to you and you'll just feel so good! It is the destination that you should choose when being in Halifax. For those who's worrying about parking spot; well the underground parking is just underneath the hotel - and by that I mean the elevators are going straight from the parking lot to the lobby; how convenient is this! I'm telling you: this is the place to stay in Halifax! We enjoyed our stay so much that we forgot to take pictures; but the one's on the website are worthy and represent the real vibe of the hotel.

Lovely room with harbour view. Bathroom good with shower and toiletries and plenty of towels. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. lovely atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Just one problem, the lift at our side of the building was out of order for the 3 days we were there and it was a long walk from the lift to our rooms.

Great location. We were able to walk and enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Staff is incredibly obliging and friendly. Rooms are adequate . Underground parking is super convenient. Would stay here again.

Great Hotel with amazing staff. Front desk were very accommodating for your needs, as well as the restaurant staff. Hotel location was perfect. Could do better with cleaning though. On our 3rd day after we came back from breakfast, our room was already cleaned but our beddings was not changed. We called front desk and ask for our beddings to be changed but the day ends nobody came. They don’t use garbage bags on their bins so we used our own because we have a toddler and we need it for his dirty diaper. We noticed that the cleaner don’t take the bags off instead she only dumped the garbage. The bathroom floors are not cleaned during our stay, as there will still water marks on the floor. But overall we have a great stay and will comeback.

Amazing service and always something to look forward to in the mornings. The iced latte’s are a 10/10

A beautiful hotel in a great location just by the Harbourfront. The scenery of the hotel was so good in and out, and the reception area was so spacious and very clean. The conference rooms were so spacious and very good for hosting meetings. Their restaurant is also bad. Overall, the experience was good and nice....
