We tried the Paneer Lababdar and Garlic Naan at Besharam in Halifax, and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff were very friendly, took the time to explain the dish, and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Great experience overall — highly recommend! 😊

An early reservation at 5 pm on Friday 28 November 2025 was my second dining experience at Besharam. It provided a wonderful opportunity to introduce the restaurant to a close friend (and former Haligonian) visiting from Alexandria, Ontario. Everything was perfect: comfortable seating, a menu with lots of vegetarian options, timeliness, delicious food, my mocktail, conversation with our knowledgeable server, and the price value of our food. Did I mention five takeaway containers?...

Yet another exceptional family meal we have enjoyed here. Excellent service, excellent food in very enjoyable surroundings. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Indian flavour experience.
