Best Choice Chinese Food Restaurant

So normally I get best choice delivery like 10-12 times a year. Normally it's awesome and I love it. Tonight, I'm not sure the batter on my chicken balls is fully cooked,the beef and broccoli is chewy, the rice is crunchy. Even the egg roll doesnt taste good. Not sure if food change or a bad night for the chef. Not sure ill be back...

We have been ordering here for 15 plus years however the order we received yesterday will be our last… the food was absolutely terrible and 95% of it went in the garbage

I ordered veggie Shanghai noodles and Mongolian beef and got Shanghai noodles with pork and some sort of beef stirfry that was nothing like Mongolian beef I have had from here before…. Also did not get the drink I ordered. Very disappointing to say the least.

We ordered some traditional Chinese dishes. The foods are delicious, and plenty of them. Even we are just tourists, they treat us very nice! Honest hardworking Chinese folks! We will definitely visit them again if we travel to Halifax in the future! Thanks!

Waited 40 minutes for a takeout order. When I finally got home, they had not included the 2 spring rolls I had ordered and paid for. Called and was told I could return to get them. No thank you. Never again.

I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The service was extremely disappointing from the moment I sat down. They didn’t even offer a glass of water, and I had to get up myself just to grab a can of pop. The staff were inattentive and made no effort to check in or ensure I was enjoying my meal.

I had requested my fried rice to be prepared a specific way, but it came out bland and tasteless. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the server’s only response was a dismissive “Okay,” and I was still charged for the food I barely touched. There was no apology or attempt to make things right.

Overall, the lack of basic service and care for customer experience made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth your time or money.

We had a large group of 10, including 3 children, and the food was fantastic! The menu had so much variety and the dishes were fresh and tasty! I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!
