The pho here is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not one to write reviews but I genuinely need to know if they are being so for real!!! I’ve lived in Vietnam, pho is my favourite dish but this is not it. The broth was bland, the cuts of meat were fatty and chewy and I stg the sprouts in my soup were rotten. Are you guys okay???? I’m actually concerned. If you want legitimate pho and not the ramen noodle version please try I Love Pho in Bedford. This restaurant needs Gordon Ramsay.

I really wanted to like this place...been wanting to try it for a while and I'm a big pho fan. Sadly, the chicken pho and spicy lemongrass soup was truly disappointing - lack of flavour and the beef was basically all cartilage. My boyfriend literally couldn't finish it and he eats everything.
The BBQ steam buns were delicious though. The cat robot that brings out the food was a cute, unique touch and the restaurant itself is beautiful, but we absolutely will not be going back due to food quality.

Every restaurant has a bad night or two. This one seems to excel at it. 2nd time we've been there and the 1st time was mediocre at best. 2nd time was truly awful. Best to cross this one off your list.

House pho price and size seemed like a good deal but the beef tendon was really fat and almost made me nauseous towards the end. The beef ball was pink inside and did not taste like real beef, was probably pre-packaged, frozen, over-processed food. Stomach did not feel very comfortable afterwards, wouldn’t come again. There are definitely better places for pho because this place also serves other cuisines so surely isn’t authentic.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was so good I needed to share it. I ordered the chicken pad thai and I can confirm this one of the best meals I've ever eaten in my life. The staff are very fast and kind on top of the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend eating here.
