We went for breakfast to watch the Olympic hockey game. The staff was amazing - they handled the chaos of having an immediately full restaurant with grace and fast, friendly service. Kylie was our server and she was a gem. Mimosas and coffee were perfect and the food was great - breakfast poutine bowl and eggs benny. The ham was a nice, thick cut ham and it had wonderful flavour. They even gave out free pancakes to all in attendance. We will be back soon!

Wow. First time visiting Big Leagues Bayers Lake since it changed from Kokomos. Got to say...it is a big change for the positive.
Food was hot and fresh.(get the breakfast poutine!). Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable.
Staff were exceptional and in particular Riley and Mike who were so attentive and so friendly! A ++ for them! We met the manager Natalie and she was so kind and personable. All staff are quite young and enthusiastic about pleasing customers. It was just a fun place to hang out and eat and drink. I will be back !

So Ruebans are hard. Typical pubs go with mustard and expect it to be okay. Big leagues went with the thousand and killed it. I wasn't expecting much when it came home from a take away. But they knocked it. Absolutely fantastic kudos to the chef on Feb 23, 2026. You killed it and deserve a raise appreciate ya broodie.

Big Leagues Pub is an absolute win. Great atmosphere and a perfect spot to catch a game or just hang out with friends. The food was solid across the board, classic pub fare done right, and the beer selection had something for everyone.

What really stood out was the service. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling rushed. You can tell the staff actually cares about the experience.

Whether you’re there for sports, casual drinks, or a relaxed meal, this place delivers. Definitely coming back.

Big Leagues Brew Pub at Bayer’s Lake is a pretty solid spot, especially if you’re going with friends. The portions are pretty big me and my friends shared pepperoni and nachos for the table, and there was more than enough for everyone. The nachos were loaded and great for sharing, and the pepperoni was a nice, simple snack to start with. I also got the chicken tenders, which were okay, nothing special, but still decent. The staff were really chill and friendly, which made the whole experience more relaxed. Overall, it’s a good place to hang out, eat a lot of food, and just have a casual night out.

Brunch...the bacon was VERY overdone. The corn / bean salsa- a bit too much corn. Generous amount of smashed avocado. Great combination of flavors. Lovely wait staff. I you enjoy lots of screens with constant sports, a great place.

The food is quite delicious, and it is likely one of the better dining options in Bayerlake, especially if you are seeking an alternative to a chain restaurant.

Our experience was really disappointing. Our server had absolutely no personality, rarley ever checked in on us, and it took forever just to get our drinks. She had red hair and seemed to have no idea what she was doing, which made the whole table feel uncomfortable and awkward throughout the meal. Her overall vibe just added to the discomfort, Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect when going out. Big Leagues management doesnt seem to know what they are doing with these new hires.
