Perfect lobster egg Benedict with delicious home fried potatoes!

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Good central location. We had seafood and it was delicious.

Came here for the lobster eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint! Tons of tender lobster and tasty $3.50 mimosas to go with. On top of this the service was phenomenal and our waiter even gave us some tips on local shops, markets and fun things to do. Don't miss out on this place!

Had the lobster roll with the soup of the day, very good and prepared in relatively quick time for our group.

The food was pretty good. We went in around 11am, and learned that they don't start serving the lunch menu until noon. I didn't travel to Halifax to eat eggs and sausage, so I would have much preferred to have access to the lunch menu.

That said, I ordered the lobster benedict (the only seafood option on the breakfast menu), and it was very good.

Super disappointed with the customer service. We were served quickly but then our server disappeared. We weren't checked on the entire meal and after waiting 10 min with empty plates ready to go, had to find someone to get our bill. The waitress was sitting in a booth eating lunch. Also, I could hear her constantly yelling his name.
The food was delicious but I'll never be back, nor reccomend based on customer service alone.

We went on a Saturday morning, the day before mothers day. I would not have called it busy as the restaurant had the tables when we sat at 10am. Our slowly filled to half while we were there, but no real turnover.
Our server was nice, professional, and responsive. The table of 10 had 5 bills, which can be a pain.
We all ordered breakfast and overall the food was good. The price was slightly steep, but with today's challenges, I was happy that there was still value as the meal size and quality were good.
The meal fell within $20 per person which was reasonable in the end.
I had the Mariner's Special which was excellent aside from the overcooked scrambled. My wife had the Traditional Bluenose Breakfast. It was also excellent . I know because I ate 2/3rds of it.
I recommend and we will be back.

The food was average at best-nothing stood out. The vegetables were undercooked and tough to chew, not enjoyable. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from instant mix. To top it off, there was a hair in the dish. The staff did offer to remake it, but the replacement portion was noticeably smaller. Don’t expect any gesture of apology-no discount, no complimentary dessert, nothing. Overall, not worth the visit.

Nice spot for seafood in a great downtown location. I ordered the lobster roll and lobster to try some local Nova Scotian flavors. The lobster roll was tasty, though the lobster itself didn’t quite match the quality I’ve had elsewhere. Service was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly. Prices are on the higher side.

NO ACCESSIBLE WASHROOM !!! My standard manual wheelchair could not fit into the washroom stalls. Caution!
