The lunch menu is quite good. I ordered a spinach and mushroom pasta which was very tasty. The service was excellent. I just don't like eating in a barn-like environment.

My family did a large takeout order for my step fathers 57th birthday; unfortunately, this Boston Pizza location charged my mother in law full price, but did not put in the chicken sandwich & fries of which she paid for. Basically stealing $23.00 dollars from her on this special day she had planned for her husband. When we called they could not deliver and I had to drive in from Timberlea. We called 20 minutes in advance for them to prepare the meal so it would be ready for pickup number attempt #2. Upon arriving we quickly found out they did not start the order. They started it once we arrived (instead of when they said they would 20 mins prior on the phone), we did not have time to wait for this chicken sandwich and fries (ultimately wasting another 40 mins with drive and such of our Saturday). Nothing was done to try to rectify this situation on Boston Pizzas part. Customer service is not what it once was in our society as of lately and Boston Pizza is no exception

Service was great, atmosphere was typical Boston pizza atmosphere. However my boyfriend has been going back and forth from the bathroom for the last few hours with an upset stomach. This possibly could be food poisoning! He ordered the chicken mushroom Fettuccine.
