I don’t typically ever leave bad reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. My partner and I were at this Boston Pizza location for my birthday last night and the service was less than satisfactory in terms of checking in, taking our order, and overall interactions were not very friendly. It was not busy, however we had 3 different servers come to our table for different reasons? We had to ask the bartender to take our order after waiting 30 minutes for our server to return. Seemed to have been favouring the 2 other tables. Disappointed in our lack of service nonetheless.

We typically love Boston Pizza and came to the chain lake location tonight. The servers were all very friendly which is why I am leaving 2 stars. The floor under our table was full of food. The table was freezing cold. Literally froze wearing our hats and winter coats. The food wasn’t as good as other locations. I wouldn’t come to this location again.

Chicken tacos way over priced...3 tacos filled with bag cold slaw...maybe 10 pieces diced tomatoes...and 2 tiny pieces each...all 6 pieces were maybe 1/2 a chicken breast.
Sticky toffee pudding...average...no garnish...the whole meal felt just meh

Ordered a Mac&Cheese for pick up tonight from the Bayers Lake location. It is so bad, it is INEDIBLE. Hard, dry, and tastes horrible. This is my first ever Google review because I'm not a picky person but this is by far the worst food I've ever received from a restaurant.

We got a gluten free Alfredo salmon pasta and a Parmesan fries delivered and they both were bare with sauce and seasoning. They only comped 3 dollars and charged us 45. Insane.

We went to Boston Pizza last night. It is usually one of our favorite places to go, but this visit turned into one of our worst experiences. When we informed the server that the nachos did not have enough cheese, she did not bring a fresh order. Instead, she added cheese to the same nachos and reheated them. After reheating, there was excessive oil on top, and the food was no longer enjoyable. We did not eat the food at all.
Additionally, the server did not acknowledge our dissatisfaction and her behavior made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The overall service was very poor. The server’s name was Alexis.

Had a fantastic meal at Boston Pizza! The Thai Bites were really good packed with flavor and a perfect starter. The chicken wings were juicy and well-seasoned, exactly what you want from a classic appetizer. The nachos were loaded and satisfying, great for sharing.
But the real star was the chocolate brownie for dessert it tasted absolutely amazing! Rich, warm, and the perfect sweet finish.
Overall, a solid spot for tasty apps and a must-try brownie. Will be back!
