We just spent dinner at this Boston Pizza in Bayer's Lake with my little Family to celebrate my birthday and it was the best experience we've had at a Boston Pizza yet! Our server Emma was absolutely incredible and one of the best waitresses we've had in a long while. Super attentive, kind and friendly to our kids, and was so nice when we mentioned it was my birthday. They even took off the cost of one of the chocolate explosions for us which really warmed my heart and made my day.The dinner was relatively affordable, it was kid friendly with all the dinner options and environment and noise levels, and our dinner came so fast I was shocked and thought it was for another table. We didn't have to wait in line at the front even though there was quite a few people who came in all at once. My husband and I left really happy with the whole overall experience and really wanted to make sure that the waitress knew how awesome she was.Highly highly recommend for anyone else :)

The Team at this Bayer's Lake location deserves a 5 Star for every aspect of their performance. We have always appreciated that the varied menu offers a wide range of well prepared meals for every palette. The quality of food, preparation, service and comfortable surroundings leave nothin to be desired. It is difficult to trump this, but last evening dining with a restaurant that was at capacity showed this Team at their BEST! The servers were all very attentive and moved at lightening speed but were not hurried or flustered. I hadn't realized it was a special Childrens' promotion until we received the cheque but it was such a warm and welcoming environment it contributed greatly to a special night out for our Neice and Grandneice. Our Server Kaylee, was most supportive and welcoming and made the evening special for everyone. I did notice what I believed to be the Manager, unobtrusively and quietly conducting this orchestra and his kind manner well reflected the overall atmosphere. Thank you all for making this a memorable evening for Our Family.Dietary restrictions: Sweet and savoury salad for health conscious diet with great variety.Kid-friendliness: Special Childrens' menu that was easy to make varied choices.

Great place with great people and great tasting pizza. We took a set of a large pizza with salad and dessert, enough for two, I had beer, my wife took a coffee. We were very full and very happy with this place. The only thing that’s a shame is that we weren’t allowed to take pictures of the place itself/inside. For me, as a person who made a huge number of such photo-reviews for Google maps, it was sad.Parking: A huge free parking of a shopping zone.

I’m sure the kids and parents here that day would give a much higher rating. My fault for booking a gathering for adults on a Saturday afternoon at Boston Pizza. The staff did their best, but I wish they had read the situation: a 50 years birthday party between two adolescent basketball teams wasn’t the best seating plan. I had booked over a week in advance. At least a heads up to let us know how bad it would be would have been appreciated. We had three adults who were hard of hearing, and over the general din of a roomful of kids they couldn’t hear, but with kids literally standing next to our table yelling across the restaurant almost the entire time, conversation was impossible. We all had sore throats from trying to speak to the person next to us over it all. I know it’s not exactly high-end dining, but is there no standard of behaviour in public anymore? Anyway, that’s a parenting issue. The staff were slammed and they still smiled through it all and did their birthday song. I worked at a Boston Pizza in my day (never weekends, I guess), so I know the challenges.However, it was also shockingly expensive. I don’t know how it’s possible that 3 individual pizzas, a kid’s meal and a scoop of ice cream came to almost $100.They did have vegan cheese, which was positive, but they really just sprinkled it on. If you like NA style pizza, definitely ask for extra cheese.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese available
