Food is hot and quick.. can’t ask for much more! The atmosphere is typical of a sports bar, nothing crazy but very clean and neat. Ella was our server and she was incredible. She took us through the whole menu and answered every single question we had in detail. Will definitely be back!

Boston Pizza on Granville Street has amazing staff and the servers treat you like family... The Managers are exceptionally attentive to everyone and everything that is happening. The food is amazing, it's always hot, tastes amazing and is served in a timely manner. They have lots of TV's and are always accommodating to turn on your favorite sport that your interested in watching. What an excellent place to hang out with Family, Friends or even by yourself, as everyone is so friendly!!! Stop by whether you are visiting or local you won't be disappointed!!! 👍👍🍻

Amazing service, our waitress went above and beyond during our visit, all while training a newer waitress. Cannot remember her name but we visited Dec 9th, around 6ish. We'll done. Great food, great drinks, deadly service!

If I there was an option for no star. I would have done that. The lady serving our table was very nice while taking order however her attitude suddenly shifted at the time of billing . Completely ignored me and my sister. We asked 3 of the servers for the bill and waited for 25 mins sitting Im front of empty plates. And when I asked the same server for the bill she said I am serving a big table right now but we said we are waiting since long and we came before them so we need to go for some appointment. She she suddenly shifted her attitude and said I'll just serve them drinks and then I will bring your bill. I mean seriously. We came before them and waited for another 25 minutes more adjustable. Never going to visit them again.

My family and I frequently visit other Boston Pizza locations and are genuinely pleased every single time. Tonight we decided to try the Downtown Halifax location and I was blown away with how awful the restaurant was, especially washroom conditions. There was only one toilet that flushed, one broken sink, and stall doors with broken locks. In addition the washroom itself was very dirty, including urine on the floor and all over the seat in two different stalls. In terms of food, it wasn’t great; my fries were soggy and some were still raw. The celery and carrot sticks that came on the plate were so wet that I needed to take a napkin and soak up the water on my plate. I will say though that the two ladies that took care of our table were extremely kind and helpful. Hopefully some changes can be made to make this location as enjoyable and positive as some of the other HRM locations.
Service for the young ladies was amazing. Look after all our needs.

Well i half to say the manager contacted me and I was very pleased with the outcome of my complaint we are here today having brunch and im very pleased to say the restaurant is up to par the waiters are right on point very clean atmosphere there hungry carnivore plate is to die for the burger is amazing as I sit here im watching the girls washing things like the railings and doors and windows im very pleased with my visit here today !
