Man the fish was so old and overcooked it was literally yellow and chewy. The smash burger was ok but it had way too much sauce and not very man topping options. Gravy tasted burn and fries were little bits
Not the bud the spud I grew up with. They were also incredibly rude when I took my food back

Wow found this place so its kinda hidden in Bayers lake. Its amazing. Food is so good. And u can eat outside. The girl in the trailer was on her first day and was so great and it was a great summer meal.

Bud the Spud is now a restaurant out of a container (instead of a food truck) with patio seating that is adjacent to the Eastcoast Lifestyle store. Crisp outside batter and tender inside fish with the fries you love like from a food truck. Highly recommended!
There is plenty of patio styles seating and tables but can be summy on a clear day.

Burnt tiny fries. They were either cut from mini potatoes or were the burnt remnants at the bottom of the fryer. We were a party of 4. All 4 were the same.

Girl serving food in Bayers Lake location has long pink nails and was putting her nails into food being handed out for multiple people. Didn’t eat one side of my food and was grossed out. :/

Stopped in to try the burger and have to say really good!! Only thing was I have had Bud the Spud fries for years especially on Spring Garden rd. And was a bit disappointed. Fries were not crisp a were especially greasy. Maybe an off day? Otherwise great spot to stop for a burger. Comfortable atmosphere , friendly staff and attentive and full marks on the burger
