did a uber order and got food poisioning the next morning, the first time its been this horrible in literally 10 years. please save ur stomach and avoid this place

Always happy to use the drive thru here because of the friendly service. Great team.
I was really disappointed with my visit. The smell inside the restaurant was extremely unpleasant — a strong burnt oil odor mixed with stale onions. It was so intense that it was hard to even place an order. The air felt heavy and not fresh at all. I ended up leaving because the environment did not feel clean or comfortable. I hope management addresses the ventilation and cleanliness issues soon, because it really affects the overall experience.

I found TWO HALF EATEN nuggets in my bag and consumed one by accident. Not to mention the staff is barely competent enough to function 🤢🤮
If I was able to pick zero I would. Went there for supper and I was sticking to the floor. A spill under a table and put a wet floor sign on top. The garage can is over full and sticky. Won't be going back anytime soon
I went to get my food 3 times and the Indian girl is rude and does not have customer care . Very agressive . I dnt wish anyone to ever experience what i experienced with that Burger Kind

It’s ridiculous that customers have to buy something just to use the washroom, and then get a special code. What if someone has an emergency? Basic facilities like washrooms should be accessible to everyone. Very disappointing!

Would be nice if staff could understand English language better plus converse in it so that a person could understand them. Do not misunderstand me. I'm all for immigration but if you have a retail job serving a majority of an English speaking public you should be able to talk clearly and understand the language. You screwed up my simple order and then blame me for your misunderstanding. I will not be returning to this location. You have lost me as a customer.
There was a punjabi girl working on 26 february at around 5:30pm and she was being rude to her fellow employees and the customers as well due to which I left and didn’t wanted to get served by her. Poor service by this staff member.
Store IS NOT open 24-hours.
I tried to get supper on my way to work the last two nights and there was no service available either night.
The door advertises for 24-hour service, as does the website, but only the drive-through is open 24-hours.
