The restaurant is great, as are the employees there, but I have to 1 star the service since it seems I can't get any. The app on their website to order online won't accept bank debit cards!!!!! You go through the entire process of signing up, entering your data, placing your order and at the very end they simply say 'something went wrong'... I tried last year and decided to try again tonight, spent 10 or 15 minutes deciding on the order, another 5 or so entering my data... the fact that it's still not working is embarrassing and deeply frustrating when you are hungry... guess I'll try Wendy's...

Grabbed a quick supper on the go - a chicken fries meal - but while served quickly, I'd say those chicken fries had been sitting quite a while. They were not hot and they were very hard. Won't be trying again.

Poor attitude, pricing, and service. Your slogan is "Have it your way" but you charge extra for mustard on my whopper? I refuse to spend money at a restaurant that lets you take unlimited ketchup and mayo packets but wants to gauge me for literally 1 CENT worth of mustard. Have some common sense.

This review is in response to their recent Indeed job advertisement. “SIN starts with #9 will not be entertained”, why would I want to eat at place that practices discriminatory and racist hiring processes. Whoever posted that Ad, God bless your heart!

I usually don't write reviews, but every time i go to this location it's a let down. the past few times i've been there (drive through) the food is just hard and dry. the lazy people working there just pre make literally everything and i'm assuming sits under a heat lamp until its sold. literally the past 3 times ive been there in (probably in a 6 month span) its been inedible. price goes up, quality goes way down. at least at this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Needed to urinate. Men's bathroom out of order so I asked to use female bathroom a staff said no. These are single bathrooms if I recall. Now being diabetic I urinate frequently. I had to go to another store in the lot to relieve myself. Unacceptable, a toilet is a toilet and it was a single person bathroom.
Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger with Fries, Potato Fries, Junior Whopper, Bacon King

The reason behind my one star rating is an employee. There is an old lady working on the restaurant behaved very rude. Please take care of such kind of silly things, if a person is rude or unable to change its nature or behaviour, then don't let them to interact with costomers.
