THIS PLACE SUCKS CANT EVEN GET A BURGER RIGHT. I ordered two cheese burgers for their deal and i guess they don’t know how to read a receipt! NO CHEESE NO MUSTARD. Added extra. Insane. Manager needs to step up.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my order last night, which was supposed to be my weekly cheat meal enjoyed at home. The fries I received were cold despite being told they were fresh, and the base bun of my burger was hard and difficult to chew, suggesting the burger had been sitting on a warm plate for too long. If this low standard of food quality is what Burger King intends to sell, I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in wait time and the way my situation was handled as a whole, 13 people got served before me and my food was below standards of my previous visits, this trip would be a complete bust If I hadn't gotten amazing customer service from Liam and his charisma that turned turned my 40 minute wait from insufferable to tolerable, thank you Liam for the great customer service.

Since Covid most Burger Kings have gone way down hill such as Tacoma drive food is crap 90% of the time. Well today I stopped here and had a whopper meal and to my surprise WOW it was the best meal I’ve had at a Burger King anywhere in ns. Fries were hot and crispy the burger was hot and the cold side cold not soggy and dripping crappy everywhere. It was worth the stop. It was so good I had to ask for the manager and give them credit. Hope you folks keep up this quality it’s how you fix your poor rating. Quality Quality!!

Was here yesterday around 8 and it was busy, there was a huge pile of orders. But that guy who seemed to be like the manager was handling the rush so properly. He took the cashier on side and said first give few orders and then take orders. He was going in kitchen too making sure orders were accurate. Liked his work. Don’t know his name but he was really good as a manager and I got my order quick too after he managed the orders at front. Finally got to see a manager who actually acts like one in a fast food. I liked the cashier too, he was good too.

I went to the Chain lake drive around 11:30 in the morning for picking up my order and to my surprise, an Indian guy (I believe he is the manager) was using his phone at the front counter itself. I did work in food sector but I haven’t seen anyone using phone especially in front of customers. I could see other people working except him.
