Clean restaurant, good food, and fast service. But today when I was over for dinner there was someone yelling at the polite kid who took my order while he was packing orders in the back, it sounded very uncomfortable. Had to cheer the poor little guy up when he handed my food over to me cause he looked sad. The staff should learn to be more kinder and cordial to each other.

The food quality is mediocre at best, the workers messed up an order of a singular thing, a whopper. It took them 20 minutes to make, they completely forgot to make my whopper, I had to go up and ask them when my whopper was coming. They didn’t even have it made after 20 minutes, they started making it when I told them. This Burger King is awful.

Whoever made this bacon king count your days. This burger is dryer than sand. There barely any sauce on it! I ordered a cherry coke through door dash and they sent me a root beer

Toast was cold ,taters little hard and wooden fork and knife couldn't cut into the pancakes
Did lunch today, there was a extended wait for meals as they where very busy, about 15 minutes.

I ordered through the drive-thru and I always make sure my radio and fan are turned off so they can hear me clearly I ordered a Whopper bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce onion and mayonnaise and a small pop and I got a medium pop and charged for it plus they left the mayonnaise on it and took tomato off I cannot stand mayonnaise on my hamburgers when I got home and found this I had to wipe all the mayonnaise off

I like how they were able to deliever my order fast and the food that i took was very well cooked and it was tasty as a picky eater i like this restro and would highly recommend others to go try for it.
I was there to pick up the Uber order. First the guy said that he received the order just a moment ago, but I was on my way to pickup almost 8 minutes before. So he asked me to wait for 5 minutes. Then when on drive way, both of them were lost somewhere else instead of passing on the delivery order. I gave a horn to make them realize my presence. Low scale service.

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I was shocked the service that happened while I was there with my family.
Ordering was fine. Usual order process no problem. My husband waited while I wrangled my young kids both under five. I played with my kids at the table while my husband waited with his receipt for the food. He waited half an hour until he finally began to ask about our meal. This seemed really strange to both of us as usually, when one is standing and waiting for a long period of time a staff member will usually ask what is happening. The staff seemed rather confused on why we hadn't received our food and even accusatory.
To our surprise the food had been processed and sitting under the lamp. But it was not bagged or even put on the tray. Quickly it was tossed on the tray with no care of remorse. There was fries and onion rings thrown all over the place with no condiments (not even any out for us to grab any). Apparently, they didn't receive our ticket so it got missed. At this point, everything was cold. Even my daughter couldn't eat her chicken nuggets as they had gone rubbery.
Both my husband and I have worked our years in the service industry, so we both get it. But it was the lack of apology or care that really irked us. It doesn't take much to remedy a poor situation by providing some sort of empathy for the situation as we are all human. But this was definitely not acceptable by any means.
So I guess be prepared for your meal not to be "fast food".
