I honestly don’t know how this place is allowed to operate under a franchise name. The entire restaurant smells like smoke because their kitchen hood doesn’t work, so the whole dining area is filled with grease and odor. On top of that, the washroom is completely out of order — instead of fixing it, they just blocked it off with a chair, which is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. The front door doesn’t even have a stopper; they’re literally using a menu to keep it open.
The air conditioner is also not working. In fact, they’ve left it opened up and literally hanging on the wall, which looks unsafe and unprofessional. To make things worse, I saw the grill where they prepare the burritos and it was filthy. If this is how they treat the visible parts of the kitchen, I can’t imagine what the rest looks like.
This is a health and safety issue, not just bad service. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend anyone eat here until these problems are properly fixed.

Haven’t tried the food beside the sample of each meat he gave us to try so we would make the best decision for our bowls. The employee was so nice, we left feeling excited for our food! 10/10 service!

The kitchen look like someone drop a trash bag on the floor. The ingredient looks discuting and old as hell. The chicken is horribly dry and taste a rock that have stayed in my shoes for 2 weeks. Avoid at all cost you will get food poisoning. Someone please send the sanitary investigator.

I was craving burrito and then I sow this restaurant on the way. Worst decision ever! So hot inside and the ingredients there look old. I took one bite and almost puked. Burrito went straight to the dumpster! The chicken was the worst! I hope I do not get food poisoning!

I loved this place. What happened? 34$ for two people. 1 large and 1med bowl no drink Roll eyes. They changed their packaging. Seems like same price for half the serving. Hate it. I used to love this place. I’ll try it one more time before I make a decision. It doesn’t look good…

This place used to be not that bad when I first moved to Halifax but over the years has completely tanked in quality. Not only are they overcharging for their burritos nowadays, but they're also much smaller than before and are overstuffed with rice and have very little meat (even when asking for extra).
What used to be a regular place for me to get dinner has now become something I just can't reliably order from due to the inconsistencies and low quality of what you pay for. The only reason I give 2 stars is because maybe if you're lucky, on a good day, you might get something half-decent, but moment's like that are rare.

Worst food ever!!! I placed an order on uber for vegetarian bowl. The quantity was so low and food was tasteless. I do not know how this restaurant is still open for serving this poor quality of food. Does your staff have working eyes or they blind??
