Utterly dissatisfied. Chocolate Milk arrived as in photo, “chips and salsa” as in photo. Burrito should be called “rice wrap”. Won’t be ordering here ever again.

Placed an order for pick up, went in to restaurant when I received the “food is ready for pick up” notification. Food was actually not ready. Food was still on the grill. Not a difficult thing, but if the food isn’t ready, don’t say it is.

I've been coming to Burrito Jax since high school (~10years) and the food has been consistently good. What has changed is the customer service. It has gotten so much better over the past few years. Specifically i would like to mention the employee Nikhil at the Kempt road location. He always goes above and beyond while serving me. Not only does he bring the atmosphere from a 2 to a 4 star but he's just a fricking good guy.
The food is great! I would walk in to order so the delivery drivers on doordash/uber/skip don't take long with the food and let it get soggy. That's the only way i can see this establishment not produce stellar food. Thanks for all the years of great service Jax!

Ordered delivery and this is what showed up. It’s honestly not edible. The bowl was so wet? Like why was the food wet? It was like a soup not a bowl. The quesadilla was a joke, like how do you seriously make that and think it’s okay to serve to someone? The lettuce was wilted and cut so big. The refried beans were slimy and cold. For the price it’s super disappointing, hard earned money wasted on garbage food that used to be a decent place to order from.
Food was good, nothing to really write home about.

very disappointed with my order. i’ve worked in the fast food industry and i can guarantee the chicken i was served in my burrito bowl was extremely old. very very dry, probably had been sitting in a warmer for 30+ mins, with weird flakes of chicken all over the top, not even whole pieces. was also delivered to me ice cold from uber eats. just because i ordered later in the day doesn’t mean i should be served disgusting food. never ordering from here again.

I went there at around 7:05 pm on hov 25 2023. The guy didn’t changed the gloves. He was doing something then he took my order I paid for it first he used the same gloves to touch the pos machine and put the amount manually in the machine. Then he touched all the vegetables with the same gloves and made the bowl I ordered. The food safety should definitely inspect how this guys are serving the food with extra germs as toppings.. highly disgusting and disappointing.

Disappointing food. I ordered a peppercorn steak burrito bowl and a pulled pork burrito. The meat was thin, flavorless, soggy, and wasn't even seasoned. Everything was bland, flavorless, and very unsatisfying. Customer service was ok but we kept needing to ask for adequate servings of toppings (not extra, just adequate).We couldn't finish the food due to how bad it was. We'll probably never try a Burrito Jax again if this is their standard.Regretting not going to The Burger King across the street.
