Really comfortable seating and a great atmosphere. Good coffee, and the pastries are ok as well. The comfortable vibes and interior design really carry this coffee shop up to the next level. Great place to sit and read a book or do a little bit of work as well

Really not sure what the hype is all about. I ordered a tired rubbery breakfast sandwich through a plexiglass sheet. Regret giving a tip, it’s 100% self serve and clean up. Messy and could use a good clean. Next time I’ll step it up and go to McDonald’s.

We wandered in on our vacation to Halifax this summer as it was right next to our hotel. We were all pleasantly surprised with how the good the food and drinks were. I preferred the fruit muffins and the rest of my family had the breakfast sandwiches and coffees. We ended up eating there most mornings of our trip. It had a mismatched ecclectic vibe, which I dont mind. It was also very convenient to stop there before exploring the downtown area. I would go there again in the future.

Very cozy place with great coffee! I ordered an Americano Misto I don't usually see this option on the menu.

Good location with beautiful light. In need of a deep clean and drastically improved daily cleaning. Cleanliness issues are hard to get past. There are crumbs, dust and sticky all over. I ordered an extra hot latte, it came lukewarm and had to be microwaved. The latte was very watery and disappointing. Curious if the manager will respond with tangible action. Supporting local is earned not by default.

Lovely cafe in Halifax with a cozy atmosphere and excellent staff. The coffee was strong and delicious. They have a good selection of food too with vegan options.

Coolest vibe in Halifax, but on a recent visit at 2 pm on a Sunday the dishes were overflowing in the return bin. Instead of cleaning them, the server just started giving out paper cups. At this time, it was dead - only 5 other customers sitting in the whole place. Multiple staff just walked by the pile of dishes, looked at them, and kept walking. That said - it is a great cafe and still has that cottage feel. And maybe today was an off day that I hope isn’t becoming the norm.

Disappointing espresso, no crema, watery; disappointing flat white. Nice environment though.

This coffee house has a great location and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also good. However, their breakfast options are limited, so we only had bagels, which weren’t very impressive. Overall, it’s a great place to have a coffee in downtown, but they could improve their breakfast menu by adding some bakery options.
