So so good! The best noodle soup and wonton soup I have ever had in Halifax. The noodle soup broth was absolutely delicious and I love the freshness the fresh cilantro adds to the brother. Great balance of salt/spice/umami. This never disappoints. I often find myself craving a bowl when in town, even after a meal ?The wonton is also extraordinary! Great to share as an appy and very filling if eating alone (14 wontons).If you like noodles this is a must in Halifax
The beef ramen is particularly recommended. The beef is shank meat and is very chewy. The store is clean and the service is very attentive. A very good ramen shop, highly recommended!
The beef brisket noodles are delicious, and the accompanying cucumbers are average. Perhaps due to the lack of staff, there is basically no regular service like Western food or Japanese restaurants.
