Unfortunate experience ordering chicken pad thai. Flavorless, dry noodles. Pretty expensive too. Mistake! Will continue ordering Pad Thai from Jukai going forward!

I have no idea how this places keeps winning awards. Is it ok? Maybe - at best it is just okay - not terrible but okay.

Definitely lacking flavour and does not have the layers of flavour I expect from good Thai.

Friday Feb 4 we came in for lunch, had to chase down a waitress to bring drinks, then again to take our orders. The food came out about 3-5 m after ordering so definitely not made fresh - sitting there waiting to be handed out.

I had the panang curry and it does not compare favourably in any way to Thai Ivory's version. Boring is the best word to describe it. I likely won't be back.

Lastly the space was cold, wide open and lacked any charm or warmth.

A spacious restaurant with fantastic food. I had the Phad Thai and it was delicious. The Thai Iced Coffee was also very good.

Absolutely love it !!!😋 All sweet and sour stuff is great ! Beef and oyster sauce, ginger beef, panang beef and masaman curry beef is great also !!!!😋😋😋 Pad Thai good too !!! A decent amount for your money!

We love Chaba Thai and are regular customers. But the demone st chaba has been going down hill over say the last year (we find), in regard to food quality. The quantity and cost is still good. Maybe they got a new chef or new kitchen staff. Just little things like not enough sauce on noodles, overall taste of the food. Just not the same. Still good but not as good as it used to be. We have started to order from queen st again.

I came here to pick uber order and i asked them if I can use washroom as the weather was too cold outside and I was doing uber deliveries. she said rudely that this is only for customers but I was also there for food pick up. I felt really insulted.

Great place, Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that the red curry noodle soup is no longer on the menu.

I love Cha Baa Thai, and it was my first time visiting the Demone location, I am a regular at Queen Street location. I was shocked to see the portion size difference at both locations. I was really disappointed to see that we were served less than half of portion that I usually get from Queen Street location for Pad See Ew. There were really less shrimp and veggies in the noodles. I did raise this concern with server too, but no resolution was given. Disappointing experience :( from this location

As a lover of Cha Baa Thai I of course love their food. The Pad Thai here is unbeatable. I went to this location that I have not been before and the inside is spacious, clean - it was busy which is always a good sign and I just absolutely loved my Pad Thai.

Ordered Penang beef and chicken fried rice. Food was flavorless. Looks like rice was fried for 6 seconds and same for beef. Super rushed prep or lower quality ingredients then what it used to taste like! Also, love the half tomato in the panang. I fed it to my dog. Not worth the price.

I’m an Uber Eats driver and the staff kept me waiting longer than necessary and spoke to me in a very unfriendly way. Even though I’m not a dine-in customer, I’m still working to help serve their customers and I think that shouldn’t be forgotten. I hope they treat delivery drivers with more respect in the future.
