Why they don’t see the note?? I told them once time the drink was so bland like sugar water and tapioca, so please make them normally how the drinks are. I had a good one dine in, but on delivery this is the second time I had that horrible experience! Waste of money!!

Had worst experience at this spring garden location and female server was very rude and i had large matcha latte with pearls and it just taste like milk with pearls even i gave her instruction before hand but she start making faces on it and i even showed her my stamps and i own free toppings but she used my stamp but didn’t provide topping. It’s too much when you spend almost $9 for a drink and you get so disappointed with taste and customer service.In future I rather make my matcha latte home then buy glass of milk from chatime for $9.Crazy!!!!

Terrible service. I ordered 2 roasted milk tea. After purchase they said they don’t have enough pearls and then they don’t have enough roasted milk tea. I want to get my refund but they said they cannot do it and there is no manager can handle this. They are trying to push me to switch to another drink which I totally don’t want. Anyway, I get the refund in the end.It sounds too crazy when they are saying they can not do the refund and force customer to take something else.

Reached there at 8.50 pm. Staffs were irresponsible, was waiting outside for so long and when called they told “technically we are open but we are closed”. Told them we are waiting outside, still the response was the same. If this is the case please update the working hours. Thank
