Very pleasant experience. I don’t drink milk tea very often, so I asked the staff if they could recommend milk tea made with fresh milk. They recommended brown sugar milk tea with pearls, it was awsome. The staff also kindly told me that the brown sugar is wrapped on the inner wall of the cup, and it tastes better after shaking it well. Will come often in the future.

Not sure why it has 4.1 rating. May be its the rating for being rude and for terrible service. The staff/cashier were out of their minds! Ordered two large brown sugar fresh milk teas with extra brown sugar syrup and less ice, instead received extra ice and ZERO brown sugar syrup and additionally if the boba were any harder would have visited a dentist. I would definitely make sure this review will be circulated among my groups.

I went there to get some bubble tea for my youngest daughter which she likes. Service was great. Unfortunately they do not offer anything I'm interested in.

come here by myself often or bring friends and with my experience solo is usually good as i know what i’m getting. Although when i bring people and we take time to order or figure out what we want - we get stared down and feel forced to order. Nonetheless the drinks have always been great.
