Rude associate a female worker i think someone is forcing her to work here. Really bad customer service

Ordered a bunch of drinks for coworkers off Uber eats, spent a little under $50 and we didn't get any straws at all. On top of that the coconut milk tea we ordered tastes like cinnamon or some kind of holiday spice so whoever made it either gave us the wrong order or didn't clean the shaker proper. Regardless, we now have a messed up order and no straws for anyone to enjoy their drink. Extremely disappointed

I ordered The Taro milk tea on Uber eats and it was disgusting, had a weird texture like oatmeal particles in it.I can’t believe I wasted my money on

Worst Taro milk tea I've ever tasted. I've been to other chatime locations and the taro milk tea was always one of my favourites. This time, the taro milk tea I got had a bad grainy/slushie consistency and was also tasteless. I had to throw it away. So disappointed.

We didn't notice that this place existed and were right next door. We walked into the door of one shop and my daughter noticed it and asked if we could go there and get her some bubble tea. She went with the brown sugar and found it to be thoroughly enjoyable. It was clean and well kept and the service was nice. I mean it's a little bit out of the way so if you don't look for it you're going to miss it but it is by all accounts a very wonderful place to stop and get some wonderful drinks

Ordered salted caramel roasted milk tea today at around 3.30 pm. It just tasted like the normal roasted milk tea,there was no caramel taste at all ( we have normally tried caramel roasted milk tea from other locations ). So we know how it tastes like .I will never visit this location again . Horrible service and there is no consistency with the beverages .The Chatime store in Barrington and Farnham gate are way better.

I had very disappointing experience with the customer service at this particular location. I ordered the taro bubble tea and found it to be grainy, resembling curdled milk. It was unfortunate that they didn't offer to replace it, especially considering that their representative acknowledged the graininess. In contrast, other locations in Toronto offer a much better taste. Overall, I was disappointed with the amateur service and the quality of their taro bubble tea. Even when i left the buddle tea at the counter the lady shouted and me and told me to throw the taro bubble tea away outside of the store.

I've had Chatime plenty of times at other locations, this is by far the worst. I got a brown sugar tea with fresh milk, my drink tasted like milk, ice, and boba. I ended up throwing it out because it was so bland and unappetizing.The staff will actively ignore you and shuffle around like they don't want to be there any more than I want to go back.The paper straws dont help when you have to stab them through plastic, either

Great services with the man having grey hair , strongly recommend mango green tea.

The food is okay~ish well you can’t go wrong with milk tea but we had the most rudest server/staff at your store. We were just asking to lessen the ice ( mind you we werent even asked what ice level during the counter) but so we kindly ask the lady ( tall with short hair) to lessen the ice for us 3x! The third time we asked her she just threw the ice scoop on the sink and gave us the roll eyes. well my mom commented on her to not get mad and the lady staff wasnt happy about it to the point of us playing tug o war with the taro milk tea. Haha. I hope you retrain her instead of laying her off. But yeah. We wont go there again still.

Had better experience here compared to Lacewood location. But they need to prepare more for Signature Milktea on weekends tho

The worst outlet . Normally we go to the barrington chatime.The customer service is really bad . I wanted to try different flavour than what I normally try . They find it really difficult to explain. The girls were giving me like an angry look . They don’t even greet or nor had a smile on the face . They handed over my order in an arrogant way . This is not the kind of service you expect from chatime. This will be last time my family and in patronize this location.
