Cheese Curds Gourmet Burgers + Poutinerie

The service was beyond exceptional. Easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, if not, ever - the front staff were cracking jokes and giving us recommendations, as first time customers. Was thinking of the experience all the way home and while munching away the delicious burger at the dinner table. Will be back for sure and looking forward to trying other things on the menu. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Food was good as always but the staff at this particular location are amazing! Especially the guy at the counter with the mustache. Very friendly and has amazing humor. Definitely a staple of that location!

The food speaks for itself. Always delicious no matter what you're ordering. What I really love is the atmosphere and service. The staff at this particular location are so friendly. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and the people that they work with. It's always a very pleasant experience when I come. And my husband thinks the same! Definitely recommend :)

I decided to try the poutine for a second time, despite not being satisfied the first time a year ago.
The poutine is definitely edible, but it majorly lacks seasoning. This would be my complaint the first time too. The cheese curds have a slight saltiness to them, but the fries are super BORING, with a hint of fryer oil. The gravy is way too little, with not even a small pool at the bottom of the container…… the bottom of the box is basically dry, with the bland fries soaking up the bland gravy.

When I hear ‘Poutinerie’ in the title of the restaurant I expect it to be good.
