Cheese Curds Gourmet Burgers + Poutinerie

When me and my wife walked in, Matt told us it would be a few minutes as he had just clocked in and had to make sure everything was up to temp. He was very accommodating to us and gave us cups to get a drink while we waited, which we would have waited regardless as we knew our food would be safe to eat and not risk food poisoning. Matt went above and beyond and we thanked him numerous times while we were there as we appreciated his customer service. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

Just ordered here and the portions are massive and the food is great. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. They made me a wrong burger and told me to enjoy the mistake burger while they make me a correct one. Will for sure be eating here again.

Walked in and was told about the special of the day. The guy working at the cash really sold us on it, we went in just for poutine and left with burgers too. Tasted great! The place was a little loud which is the only thing that was a little bothersome.

The service was beyond exceptional. Easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, if not, ever - the front staff were cracking jokes and giving us recommendations, as first time customers. Was thinking of the experience all the way home and while munching away the delicious burger at the dinner table. Will be back for sure and looking forward to trying other things on the menu. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I just had the most amazing experience! Staff is super friendly, the food is incredible fresh and the offer me suggestions I never think of. Next time if you are visiting ask for Hardik, he makes the experience enjoyable
