This place needs some TLC. Food was good.

The restaurant was busy on arrival with only 2 servers and two in the kitchen. It seems that customer service is not the first thing it’s saving money on Labour. The meal came and had to go straight back as it was cold. It could have just been a bad day and i did feel so sorry for lady serving.

I gave a 5-star to food because or the interesting variety of options, though quality was more 4-star but quantity is very good. Service when we were there was just fine but a little on the slow side - seemed there was only one server (also being host & filling coffee) and could have used a little extra help.
Overall, very happy with the meal and can see making this a regular place to meet friends for breakfast.

When traveling, sometimes you need familiar food, atmosphere, wonderful service, menu choices, food quality, ..., etc. For breakfast, you can never go wrong with Cora's, always tops with everything, including cleanliness, seating area smells good, and the service is always wonderful. For this location our server Marilia, was exceptional. She was very polite, attentive on keeping coffee, water, ...everything topped up, checked in the right amount to make sure we wanted for nothing. Strongly recommend Cora's on Dresden Row in Halifax, and strongly recommend Marilia.

Very disappointed also because I love Cora’s and never tried this location before today. I ordered the 2 French toast with sausages when the food arrived it wasn’t hot at all (almost like it was sitting for a long time) The waiter was very polite but the overall experience was a 4/10 for me

Had a great meal here this morning. Server Dawn was lovely and gave us a great tip to check out Fisherman’s Cove and even wrote us directions! Thanks from the West Coast tourists, Dawn!

We'd been to several Cora's before and had some great food. So color us shocked when we received these potatoes and the slob they called Hollandaise. The potatoes were okay but drastically different from what we've ever had at Cora's. But that Hollandaise... no, just no.
The whole place was dirty and clearly understaffed. The poor waitress was visibly stressed, but still friendly.

My wife and I arrived at the Dresden Row location when we realized they were about to close. Instead of saying we were too late, Marilia welcomed us in, maybe, I thought, because there were just two of us and probably would not keep them too late. However, our server Marilia was the real deal with a kind demeanour and a genuine smile. She made a menu recommendation that was just what we wanted. It had been a while since we had been at Cora's but will be going back much more frequently now. Thanks again Marilia.

I had a large bowl of oatmeal, with maple syrup, fruit and granola topping. Also came with toast. All very good.
