We found this restaurant in Ottawa and we loved it, then we knew it was also here in Hali and we got totally disappointed 👎🏻 The waiting for food is unbelievable The gave our order by mistake to other table before us, we asked for pancakes before our plate and we got the same eggs first 🤦🏻♀️ also with hair on the potato’s… we wait for like an hour before get our food and our waitress, bad as well, didn’t pay attention at all The food is good but service sucks 👎🏻 also they need to be careful with hygiene Bad experience 😪

I understand it was busy on New Year's Day, but did not expect to wait over an hour for brunch--especially since we were seated immediately and not warned that the kitchen was overwhelmed with orders. We would have appreciated more transparency upon our arrival as we could've gone elsewhere.

Amazingly cozy family restaurant serving Breakfast and Lunch. Beautiful fruit arrangements, delicious waffles and crepe dishes and many other healthy and hearty options. The service is spot on and the dishes consistently come out looking exactly like the menu pics. Bring your whole family, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been a long time customer of this location, unfortunately my last three recent visits have been just terrible. The restaurant hostesses are never at the front, and the back of the restaurant is sweltering hot. When I asked not to be seated in the back because of this, the hostess rudely stated that we won’t get our food timely as a result. Yet two single guests asked before us and were moved without comment and seated at 4 person tables, VERY unprofessional and discriminatory behaviour. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend you dine elsewhere.
