The best coffee in Halifax can only be found at Creamy Rainbow! ? This place has a cozy and warm atmosphere where you can spend the whole day by the window with a book, enjoying aromatic coffee and a delicate cream-filled pastry? The desserts are simply divine – always fresh and incredibly delicious! It’s not only a great spot to sit and relax, but also perfect for grabbing a sandwich to go and taking a walk in the park. I’m so glad this café exists in Halifax. I highly recommend visiting! And make sure to check out their Instagram – the cake designs are absolutely stunning! The best place in town!?❤️

Lady working was very fast and we didn’t wait a long time and was asking if we needed anything, great service! Food was amazing and had great flavour! The atmosphere is great for cute outings and fun hangouts! Definitely coming back soon!

What a lovely place! I got some treats from here : Melon bread, vanilla bear, honey comb latte everything was extremely tasty ;) Also staff is very friendly, I could spend really good time in here. I’ll definitely visit again!

Creamy Rainbow is the best café in Halifax! I love coming here because they have the most delicious coffee I've ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the service is always excellent. The desserts are absolutely amazing — I especially love the almond croissant and the cheesecakes, which are always fresh and incredibly tasty. If you're looking for a place with great coffee and a cozy atmosphere, this café is definitely worth a visit!

A totally disrespectful experience. 0/10

My wife paid $70 for a cake (including a nice tip) since it was my birthday. When I cut the cake, the frosting tasted significantly sour.
On my own birthday, I go to the store and politely inform the lady there that we tasted a small piece out of the cake and found the icing very pungent (90% of the cake still untouched). I told her that it could be that the frosting could have fermented a bit, or maybe it was something else.

Her response: "It tastes fine to me, if it does not taste fine to you, not my problem", hands me the cake, and walks away.

Three important notes:
1. At any point, I did not ask for a refund or feel entitled to argue on anything. (I understand baking a cake is not a definitive process)
2. The cake was sour, but the lady who was handling this was much, much bitter.
3. I don't mean to post a negative review out of spite, but where I come from, we treat customers with a little more respect.

This place is a hidden gem in Halifax. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Atmosphere is very comfortable and the food is just impeccable. Their sweet creations are very cute and the taste is not compromised at all, probably the best sweets I have had in town. (If u don't trust me, go try the vanilla bear)
Overall a very nice, welcoming and AMAZING food and drinks. Everything just tastes fresh.

A lovely little cafe tucked away off to one of the side streets off Spring Garden Road. I purchased a white chocolate hot chocolate, and it was both the most delicious hot chocolate I have ever had, but the creamiest. As if I were drinking a soft, white chocolate cloud. The barista was sweet and quick, and the atmosphere was quite welcoming. There was even a section for hot foods, though it was empty at the time of my visit, alongside the cafe itself.

Quite a shame indeed, as my experience was faultless.

A simple cafe with great items at reasonable price. The staff was super nice and were happy to inform us of the various options left(we were there at almost the closing time so that's on us). Will definitely visit again to try their food and pastries as I've heard great things about them but can recommend trying once if you're in downtown Halifax.
