The wait staff were friendly and welcoming. The meal was one of the best we have ever had.
We had the tomahawk ribeye as well as the bone in ribeye. They were both cooked to perfection. The side we ordered were the onions and garlic, Mac and cheese, honey glazed carrots, asparagus, and mashed potatoes were little bombs of flavor that perfectly accented our main course.
This is definitely a bucket list restaurant!!!

We booked a table to celebrate getting married the day before. We were offered a stunning seating area out on the balcony with a view of the city which made it feel very intimate and private. As well the serve Keith surprised us with complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate the special occasion. We ordered our food and when it arrived Keith came with a few different glasses of red wine for us to test with our steak and he even asked what our thoughts were. The food was absolutely delicious and we felt so cared for and celebrated. Rebecca the host was also absolutely lovely and so were the rest of the staff. This place will forever be our favourite spot 💕

Everything was amazing, the Cesar salad made at the table is a must, along with the bread & homemade butter!
Before bringing friends here for a small get-together, I just wanted to try the steak. Big mistake.
She spilled water on my pants and shoes - twice. She said the jug had no lid... then just laughed it off like it was nothing. Absolutely unbelievable.

Very attentive staff, and food was delicious! Super quiet, and we were given a little treat on the way out the door!
My steak was done to perfection. My husband also thought that his meal was phenomenal. As always, the service was exceptional !
Just the right touch of ambiance, smooth jazz drifting through the air, and expertly paired wine to complement every dish. Attentive staff stand ready—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to enhancing your experience with thoughtful recommendations tailored to your tastes. It’s a truly memorable opportunity in Halifax, where the price reflects an experience that far surpasses expectations.

In a word. Perfect. Ambiance, food, service, white linen and overall experience were outstanding. Many great restaurants in Halifax but only a handful are able to perform at this level.

Possibly the worst tasting steak I have experienced . I realize it is dry aged and if that is the flavor, i am no fan, and will refrain from ever ordering again at any steak house. Service and everything else was really good. just dislike the Rib Eye
Everything was TOP tier service, food, set up, and vibe.. the only thing that really ruined the experience was our waitress went into uncomfortable/unnecessary commentary. So at the end I excused myself to the bathroom and my boyfriend said while I was gone she had made him feel a bit “dumb” is his words, when she was explaining the bill. (We had a 100$ gift card and she was insinuating for tip money which wasn't really cool as I've been in the service industry and it's rude to talk/ask about tipping as it's not mandatory, unless there is already a gratuity in place.) Her words explained: “So there's a bit of math to do here! Make sure you're tipping on the full amount of the cheque and not just the remaining balance.” Which is like yeah of course, I understand we're young and the reminder was there to cover her tip out. It made me so upset because he felt like she was being condescending with her comments. I don't like when servers ask for money and I understand what she was getting at but to blatantly say something to make someone feel like that now makes us NOT want to tip. Everything was perfect until I heard that news. Like I said, I understand the service Industry , but that was just uncalled for and felt pushy.
Sirloin. Tenderloin and Duck were all perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was exceptional. .. Attentive but not overbearing. Appetizers octopus. Shrimp and scallops were wonderful. The shared sides were more than enough for 3 of us...in fact there were leftovers making the total price well within the norm for quality Halifax waterfront restaurants.
Elegant surroundings, polished service, and perfectly prepared meals made our anniversary dinner exquisite. This is a perfect restaurant for extra-special occasions.
The octopus is a must try! It's incredible.
