The chocolate sundae here tastes worse than the basic chocolate cone from IKEA — how do you even put this out for sale? And the container is just ridiculous, the ice cream melts over the paper cup in less than 3 minutes, dripping all over my hands and the ground. Total mess, zero thought given to customer experience.

While not the delicious soft-serve they seem to have a line down the block for, they have an option for non-dairy! Their vegan ice cream is not made in house and looks like it would rotate. I had the Earl grey biscoff flavour and it was just okay, not super flavourful on either side but had a rich creamy base.
Their whole menu is well marked with what add ons are vegan/gf as well!

I used to love this place, but the staff member at the front made a rude comment about us not tipping — even though we were the only ones in line. It felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. Tipping is optional, and no customer deserves to be shamed for it.

Cannot be more disappointed with Dairy bar.
Ordered a Lavender Soft serve and a lavender sundae on 3rd August, it was completely a vanilla flavoured with hint of lavender (i think there was lavender but 1tsp of it in 1 bucket of vanilla) If you guys are charging us ridiculous prices for ice cream please give what we pay!!! Also, if you degrade the quality of your servings kindly have the integrity to reduce the cost as well, don’t make us pay 100% for your hardly 5% flavours! It was not until we got into a good lighting environment we saw this difference between the one we bought 3 days ago and yesterday!

There was quite a long line before we could place our order — usually a good sign! Fortunately, the weather was beautiful, so we didn’t mind the wait. I went for a small blueberry soft-serve cone, and my son had the salted caramelized crunch sundae. Both treats were enjoyable, though not especially memorable compared to what you'd find at most other dairy spots.
