Myself, husband and a senior friend were at the location Sept 14, 2025. The store was not as clean as it used to be. Most of the tables had refuse not swept from them, the chairs are dirty(sticky left surface all over. the tables are sticky as well on the sides.

Who ever does the hiring here keep up the good work! The resto was clean and the staff are all professional and nice. It's nice to see local young folks being hired. Great job!👏👏

Overall, good experiences with staff, food and atmosphere. My only criticism would be the change in the amount of filling in the blizzard cakes between the ones I’ve ordered over the years. Sometimes there’s a lot and it’s great, other times it’s been really stingy. More consistency needed, especially for such an expensive item.

Very professional counter service, and, as well, the table-service for dine-in patrons is a great touch. The food quality is definitely the best out of all fast-food establishments in the Bayer's Lake area.

The staff and management at this location are useless.
Asked for a onion ring poutine and was refused.
Said they could give onion rings with a side of gravy, but a side of cheesecurds was unthinkable.
I wrote DQ headquarters and they referred me to the useless manager at the store, who defended their actions.
Ever other DQ can wrap their head around add-ons, like cheese.
These guys dont know anything about customer service!

Horrible service they undercharged me on a price for a cake and then stopped me at the door told me I had to come back and Pay the difference I contested that it wasn't my fault and I was in a rush and that I wasn't going to pay the difference after them blowing up at me angrily verbally yelling at me I paid the difference I won't ever go here again absolutely insane how I was treated shame on these workers

Dairy Queen is our go-to spot during the summer! The ice cream treats are always delicious and refreshing, making it the perfect place to cool off on a hot day.

While it can be a bit on the expensive side, the quality and variety of their menu make it worth the occasional visit.

Whether you're grabbing a classic Blizzard or trying one of their seasonal offerings, you won't be disappointed. A summer favorite for sure!

This store is huge, lot of seating and nice ambiance.
