I was arriving just as they were unlocking the door to open. I was met by a very friendly guy who immediately smiled and wished me a good morning. As I was looking at the cakes he asked me politely if I had made my selection and if he could help me. He continued to chat with me while we finished up the transaction. Overall it was a super pleasant experience on a Sunday morning. Thank you for a great start to my day.

Got a free ice cream and staff were pretty good but there was a mouse or some kind of rodent running across the ground near the booths. I dont think he worked there

I want Dairy Queen, Birkshire Hathaway, and Warren Buffett to know that free ice cream is not to be played with. There shouldn’t be an app involved in a “free” promotion to begin with. I had to wait in line to be told by one of their underpaid workers that an app had to be downloaded and account be created 24 hours in advance. Embarrassing and shameful. One star!

They have no problem making my hubby's banana split blizzards

Come in occasionally with our son for a blizzard, came in this evening for dinner. The staff are unbelievably great, work well together, and clearly have a great sense of pride. Particular thank you to Laura for being so great taking our order and bringing our food right to the table. Blizzards were awesome as they always are. Dining area was very clean and well kept.

Would have preferred a couple extra fries but overall GREAT experience.

Great experience, very quiet and nice cashiers

We ordered a cake from here and chooses our picture. They did a very good job. Service is friendly and patient. The staff who made cake is so talented. The cake is beautiful! Kids love it! Recommend!!

First time at a DQ in maybe 10 years. Will be back to this location again for sure. Austin was extremely nice and so were the rest of the staff. Cheers!
