We went for Dine Around 2026, but not our first visit to Darya. The menu is consistently excellent, with surprising and always delicious combinations of flavors. We went for the mantı which delicious. The star of this year's Dine Around menu though is the lamb adana, an incredible mix of textures and flavors. As always service was excellent, personable but not intrusive. Our group of 6 was very well taken care of throughout. Thanks to the staff for an excellent evening.

Did the brunch buffet. Felt like it was slightly overpriced but very tasty. They were not busy but we felt like we were being rushed out when we told them we were going to sit and chat for a bit and would let them know when we were ready for the bill, but they brought it over anyway.

Had an amazing Mediterranean meal at Darya in Halifax. The mezze spreads were fresh and flavourful. The pita were incredible!! The grilled octopus , lamb and chicken schwarma were perfectly seasoned. I loved the couscous. The service was friendly and attentive. Thank you Emily and to the hostess who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Beautiful space, great atmosphere, and truly memorable food. Highly recommend!

Weekend brunch is highly recommended! Best value for price. Their mango mimosa is really good which you can get for only $5. Lilly, our server is really awesome. Kudos to the staff, which made our dining experience really good.

Went for the brunch on Saturday morning. It was definitely a five star event. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious. We had the brunch buffet. I highly recommend it. It is like no brunch you've had before. Everything was fresh, made on site and delicious. A wide variety of choice including vegetarian, dairy free and vegan. Everything is well marked so you can make a decision. It was a big hit. Because it was a triple birthday celebration they also brought us a complimentary date cake with a candle. So thoughtful. It was my third visit and I will be back and recommend it to others.

Second time at Darya and it was exactly what I wanted. This is not a noisy restaurant where you can't hear the people you're dining with -- it was wonderful. And the food was excellent. Beautiful spot in a great location.

The decor is beautiful, service is wonderful and the food is very tasty. The only thing left wanting: the serving size for the main courses as they are quite small. However coupled with an appetizer it is a decent amount. The pita bread with a spread and falafel are highly recommended, chicken and beef skewers with a side of rice are really amazing as well.
Everything was absolutely delicious with authentic flavours and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, with a beautiful waterfront view that makes the experience even better. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. The music is calm and well chosen, creating the perfect dining environment. Highly recommended!⭐️

There were mice running around the restaurant. Staff were made aware and did not seem alarmed. Staff pretended like nothing was happening although the mice were very visible and were pointed out to them. Ended up spending 50 dollars for 2 drinks

Wow, amazing Mediterranean food. We really enjoyed the hummus dip with the bread. Our only compliant was not enough bread! For mains, I had the octopus, which was on the edge of spicy. My fiance had the kebab with rice, and this was delicious. Beautiful views of the water, definitely an lovely Mediterranean spot in downtown.
