I personally am not one for expanding my cuisine, so it was my first time having authentic Mediterranean. The meal was pretty good but was a little bland. However, I was generally pleased with my chicken shawarma and halloumi fries! I would recommend if you're looking for Mediterranean cuisine!

Just like most places in Halifax, everyone here was incredibly kind. I had the salmon dish along with an assortment of olives. It was absolutely delicious. The views of the harbour are great as well. Would definitely come back here

They were able to accommodate us last minute for a party of 12 when the restaurant we booked wasn't able to serve food due to equipment malfunction.

Went there looking at reviews, went with kids , we have been waiting for 20 + minutes with no one taking orders. Husband reminded once. Until we had to call a server to take orders. You can go if you’re okay to wait.

Absolutely incredible! The food was bursting with flavors and textures, and the Eastern-inspired atmosphere added a unique charm to the whole experience. Service was great — fast and attentive, with polite staff. And once again — the food! Just wow. The only tiny suggestion: the Spritz could use a touch more Aperol :)
Came to try “The Big Turk” for Burger Bash 2025🤩😋🍔 And omg 10/10!!! This burger is BURSTING with flavours! We love Darya! The food is always so delicious and flavourful and the ambiance inside is beautiful!✨ I love coming here for dinner or for the buffet brunch on the weekends!

Service is exceptional. However atmosphere is extremely loud. Falafel balls best we have ever tasted. Bread with eggplant dipping sauce will cause us to return. Careful with the trap of ordering fries or calamari would not recommend. Although we told the staff and they removed them from the bill. Martinis top 10 percent in halifax. Go give them a try!

Darya is fantastic! The Spanakopita was delicious and HUGE. What truly impressed me was their exceptional kindness – they went out of their way to make me a Za'atar Fries even though it wasn't a standalone item on the menu. Beautiful decor, clean space, and helpful staff too! Highly recommend.
