I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza on May 30. I placed an order well in advance for a team meeting at work, expecting timely delivery. The pizza arrived 1.5 hours late, which completely disrupted our schedule. Even worse, no one was answering the phone or responding properly when I repeatedly tried to get an update.
When I finally got in touch and explained that this was for a work meeting, the staff were not helpful or polite at all. Only at the end did they tell me they didn’t have a driver, which is extremely unprofessional. If that was the case, they should have canceled the order or at least informed me right away—not left me waiting with zero communication.
This experience caused unnecessary stress during a busy workday. Unless Domino’s seriously improves their delivery coordination and customer service, I won’t be ordering again.

Great pizza, made perfect and quick. I picked up and when I got home I burnt my mouth the pizza was still so hot! Yay, perfect! It was the hottest and delectable pizza I’ve had in a long time. PS I am a long time customer and like domino’s better than the hundred pizza parlours in Halifax. (I’m from Detroit and know what pizza should taste like!)

Was very disappointed with how my order was delivered. Gave instructions but driver did not follow instructions. Live in an area were we've been having issues of homeless people taking stuff from the building and l requested and put full instructions to buzz and deliver to apt door, even to leave inside building was going to be okay, but driver just left order outside, & it wasn't fully closed!!!

This dominos always HITS!!! I don’t know what it is, but every time we ordered from this dominos the quality was extremely high, better than any other domino’s location we’ve ordered from. Genuinely we were blown away every time. The night shift cooks here are doing an amazing job.

April 7, 2025, around 7 PM I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the sweetest girl working at Domino’s this evening. I was looking for a hand sanitizer, but there wasn’t any available in the store. Without hesitation, she went to the back and brought out her personal sanitizer for me to use. That small gesture really stood out and showed how kind and thoughtful she is. Such a sweetheart! Service like this truly makes a difference – thank you for going above and beyond! I hope the employer appreciate her great attitude towards customer. Overall pizza was also good 👍🏻😊.

Delivery was fast and guy was friendly but maybe it was too fast because pizza wasn’t well done as requested and cinnabites were half raw - super doughy. Not a great meal.
