2026 Feb 8th 3:03am, [ORDER NUMBER #404] My pizza take-out order stole by the employee by claiming they can only take cash after business hour. As a former business owner, I know the payment processor has no limit as it can take order anytime it can. Had no issue before with other employees. Your store manager should be performing an immediate internal-audit for every unfulfilled orders like this and this may lead to a possible criminal investigation. You may have more of surprising in-store thief you from your employees. An additional email has written and forwarded to your headquarter. Including the Atlantic region manger that I know. Good Luck!

ordered two pizzas and they were amazing came out hot, perfectly cooked, and nicely spiced without being overwhelming. you can tell care was taken with them. the staff was also super nice and friendly, which always makes the experience better. will definitely be ordering again.

Their pizza is good but the customer service is non-existing! We were there last night and there were multiple people working in the front but none came forward to take our order. They keep staring at us but not even a hello lol. I will not be going there even tho i like their pizzas. It's a shame customer service has come to this point smh

Worst customer service ever. Sold 2 burn pizzas and refused to refund. We will never tip and order from there. I suggest no one goes there as well.

Around when the restaurant opened I had ordered 3 pizzas to the Dalhousie engineering campus, with a long day of studying ahead. These pizzas were for me and my friends and the payment was split 6 ways. Instead of receiving a phone call or a text that the pizza was here, I received a text of a photo, of three pizzas sitting on a table I didnāt recognize. That is because these pizzas were in the lobby of 1326 barrington street, which is not even on Dalhousie property. When I finally figured out where the pizzas were, thanks to no help of the delivery driver, they were gone and I did not receive my pizzas, probably because the people that live/work there took them (as most would). I called the restaurant to attempt to get a refund from the manager who interrupted with a raised voice and said āthis is not a driver errorā and hung up on me. I am incredibly disappointed that this restaurant would treat a customer so poorly and refuse a refund or any kind of concession for someone who didnāt even receive pizzas. Not only that but it was delivered to the wrong address, and left on a table with the notification of delivery simply being that table. Please see attached images for proof of the requested address and the text conversation I had with the driver. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting upper management for a full refund
