Worst customer service ever. Sold 2 burn pizzas and refused to refund. We will never tip and order from there. I suggest no one goes there as well.

Around when the restaurant opened I had ordered 3 pizzas to the Dalhousie engineering campus, with a long day of studying ahead. These pizzas were for me and my friends and the payment was split 6 ways. Instead of receiving a phone call or a text that the pizza was here, I received a text of a photo, of three pizzas sitting on a table I didn’t recognize. That is because these pizzas were in the lobby of 1326 barrington street, which is not even on Dalhousie property. When I finally figured out where the pizzas were, thanks to no help of the delivery driver, they were gone and I did not receive my pizzas, probably because the people that live/work there took them (as most would). I called the restaurant to attempt to get a refund from the manager who interrupted with a raised voice and said “this is not a driver error” and hung up on me. I am incredibly disappointed that this restaurant would treat a customer so poorly and refuse a refund or any kind of concession for someone who didn’t even receive pizzas. Not only that but it was delivered to the wrong address, and left on a table with the notification of delivery simply being that table. Please see attached images for proof of the requested address and the text conversation I had with the driver. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting upper management for a full refund

If they are locked just turn the door lock on the outside to unlock them

Ordered bacon garlic fingers. Possibly the worst I've ever eaten. Too Crispy and the donair sauce has way too much vinegar.
Gave 2 star instead of 1 Because they said they would credit me for my next order, which is nice if them. Hopefully they are better next time.

I've reviewed this Domino's location before, But yesterday was a total disaster, especially after hoping for better service following my last review. I ordered pizza last night with my friend, expecting an improved experience. Instead, when my friend went to pick up the order, the employee confronted them, complaining about the previous review and arguing about whether it was justified. When I went inside to ask what was going on, the employee started blaming me for leaving the review, even mentioning my name. This is completely unacceptable behavior. If anyone from upper management (manager, owner, executive team) is reading this, please contact me ASAP. I've already submitted a complaint online and want to escalate this issue immediately. It's shocking that instead of providing good service, an employee would argue with customers and retaliate for a review.
