BEWARE, staying in Four Points Sheraton as cane for surgery IWK, had not ate since night before call for medium pizza delivery, placed order, said they would be 30-45 min, okay as normal. They call us approx 30-35 min later to tell us it will be another 1.5 hours with no explanation why it changed. Poor business methods, if you are that busy with 2hour wait, be honest, let the customers know, so they can decide their options. This was about 6:30pm, I know it can be busy, but it’s no way to keep your business going by misleading a customer, lots of competitors, and found great pizza delivered 20min later from FREEMANS, it was excellent. I had a disappointing experience at downtown pizza. I ordered a pizza expecting a delicious pizza, but it was ruined by the fact that they forgot to add the base sauce.

Ordered a large pizza for takeout. There with my 2-year-old daughter who was VERY hungry. Apart from that, the place was at least 30 degrees, so not a comfortable waiting situation in the slightest. Finally the pizza was ready and the woman tells me that she made a small pizza and we will need to wait for her to make another one. The puzzled look on her face when we walked out made me even more frustrated. Was I supposed to wait? Was I supposed to settle for a small pizza when she made it known that she was supposed to make a large?

I recently ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. The pizza arrived uncooked and wasn't properly cut, making it difficult to eat. Additionally, the customer service at the store was disappointing and didn't help to resolve the issue effectively. I hope improvements are made in both food quality and customer service in the future.
