Ordered 2 pizzas and BOTH were terrible and super small. Customer service was terrible. Will never be back and would never recommend. Management should try caring about their customers. Total waste of money.

BEWARE, staying in Four Points Sheraton as cane for surgery IWK, had not ate since night before call for medium pizza delivery, placed order, said they would be 30-45 min, okay as normal. They call us approx 30-35 min later to tell us it will be another 1.5 hours with no explanation why it changed. Poor business methods, if you are that busy with 2hour wait, be honest, let the customers know, so they can decide their options. This was about 6:30pm, I know it can be busy, but it’s no way to keep your business going by misleading a customer, lots of competitors, and found great pizza delivered 20min later from FREEMANS, it was excellent. Service would be 0
