There are multiple orders made to this location in the last couple of weeks. All the orders were taken by the owner name Rahul, over the phone.
The first time i ordered was 2 large pizzas n some finger foods.
The funny part was , the staff forgot to cut the pizza , expecting me to cut the pizza by myself at home, the other food item we ordered were fried momos which were frozen cold from inside but fried from outside, since I was into the restaurant business for long I can understand these things happening sometimes due to busy hours , so I dint call them.
The second time, I placed the order at very late hour after my work, seekh kebab , fried momos & steam momos, again the same situation of the fried momos hot from outside and cold from inside.
The seekh kebab is already made in advance and stored in the freezer , as per order, they microwave it and then serve it.
So the kebab I got was half cold and half hot even this time I dint complain bcoz I thought they took my order at the closing time so could be a possibility of the staff trying to finish up the order at a faster pace.
The third time, I placed an order for 2 chicken Tikka n 2 seekh kebabs way in advance so I could get the proper cooked food without any hurry.
This time, the chicken was without any salt, and the kebab was tasting awful n cold from inside as if the staff hadn't even allowed the microwave to do its job of heating the food properly , i just spat out my first morsel as it was smelly and cold felt like vomiting. I called them and reported the problem for which they offered me a new order in 15 mins, but I refused, saying I would take it next time for which the staff agreed and informed me that he has marked my complaint and will take care of it in the future order.
I was in the same work zone today and pretty close to the pizz outlet so thought of placing an order and also reminding the staff that I'm suppose to get 1 dish complimentary due to the mishaps from the last order but instead of taking my order they took my number and asked to wait for the owners call... Mr. Rahul calls me and explains how to handle the frozen food when to eat how to eat , duration of travel time, what to do if the food is cold. But he didn't acknowledge my problem and didn't even bother to rectify it....
Forget about complimentary or free food. The most important thing is customer concern, people's health, and ownership of wrong doing .
How can u serve stale and frozen food in the name of fresh food.. this is a serious health issue. By serving stale and uncooked food, these guys are playing with customers' health. No proper food handling , no temperature check, I wonder how these guys are managing multiple locations... surprising.... eating such food can actually kill someone if the person immune system is weak.... thinking about kids...

I went to this place for uber pickup and restaurant’s door was closed there was a employee over there he saw me and then he ignored me and went inside the kitchenYou guys should serve people with good manners not to just ignore them especially when there is any pick up person waste their time for u

I ordered Indian style chicken wings and they served the chicken wings dipped in tamarind chutney which is usually eaten with chat or samosa. I mean who eats chicken with tamarind chutney (sauce) just because name is Indian style chicken wings doesn’t mean u can add tamarind chutney ? Also I ordered paneer tikka pizza and it seemed uncooked as dough was too chewy and sticky in between and poor layer of cheese was added

I’m obsessed with this pizza! All the ingredients are always fresh and I love all the variety of pizzas they have! Really good quality pizza and very affordable for how much you get. It a definite winner 10/10
Funny little spot, but great food. I tend to be wary of establishments that have too many genres on their menu, like places that say they have the best chinese food and pizza under the same roof. But this place sells indian food along with burritos and pizza, frozen drinks and poutine. We wouldn't have ended up here if the A&W or 5Guys had power today. But I'm glad we did! The family opted for burritos (one beef, one spicy chicken and one pulled pork) and a couple slices of meat lovers pizza.The burritos were gigantic for $10,99, with plenty of meat and finishes. The spicy option wasn't anywhere near as hot as I expected for a desi establishment, but still tasty. The pizza slices were Halifax sized and salty but tasty. The family all enjoyed their meals and we had leftovers. The Lone staff member was efficient and pleasant the whole time. Don't let the unusual menu and incongruity of the name throw you off. This is worth a visit! [May I suggest to the owner- there is a restaurant in Ottawa that made a butter chicken pizza. That was a winning recipe too!!!]

I have been to mango burrito a few times as it's close to work and on my most recent trip when I went to pay for my burrito and when they passed me the payment terminal there was no tip option and when I asked why I was told it's because the owner takes the tips and does not pay it out to the staff who are running around making all the food such as pizza,burritos and paneer such a verity of food and to deal with walk in traffic and the food delivery apps I couldn't believe what I herd.I'm not sure if it's legal buts its most definitely not Morally right. I don't believe it's fair and I won't be supporting any longer.But I have to say the service from the staff have always been good and the day I found this out of the service wasn't so good I would of and wanted to ask them to cancel my order I was so mad.
