Absolutely deceiving!I would not recommend this place. First, tables of two are squeezed perpendicularly to the back of tables of four. You end up eating in people’s back and having their hair on your table.The menu looks elevated but, in the end, is very deceiving. What is on the menu does not reflect what you get. Plats are dripping with fat and you leave the restaurant feeling unwell.We had the crabs cakes. 3 of the so called “crab cake” didn’t have crab in it. It is basically a huge ball of dough without taste served on mayonnaise. If you are lucky, you might get a tiny chunk of crab the size of a 5cent. After that, we ordered the “dumpling” which in fact are potato gnocchi's dripping in fat, butter and cheese… seems like they are triying to block your arteries and kill you by making you do an hearth attack right in the middle of the restaurant. I told the waitress, that raviolis are on the menu and not gnocchis. The anwser I got is : “dumpling and gnocchi are synonyms …”The drink I ordered was also missing an ingredient according to the waitress.We ended the night with a bill over 200$ and feeling like we ate a brick of butter seasoned by stranger’s dandruff. Thank for that ! Better go to Bar kismet you won’t be deceived if you are expecting elevated cuisine and wines.

What started as a wonderful evening ended with very horrible service. Food and drinks were very good and when it was time to leave I asked to bill the charge to my room. The waiter came back with a folio and slip to put my info on. I completed it with my name, room number, generous tip and signature. We then left for an evening at the Casino. Shortly after I received a message from Opentable that I didn't pay for my meal and I needed to contact them ASAP. Then I got a phone call basically saying I had dined and dashed. A few things here: - They had all my info and knew I was staying in the hotel - They didn't care at all and told me I never completed the form. The manager could care less. No offer to do anything. - The next morning I asked to speak to the GM of the restaurant. He came out with the "Blank Receipt" that I apparently never signed. I took it and lo and behold it had "Duplicate" and just been re-printed. I really didn't appreciate being lied to. I asked them to go to their camera and they will very clearly see my signing the receipt. They had zero interest in doing that. I was made to feel like a thief and I won't be back!

Location and ambience are fantastic. Food was fantastic. Service poor, table not attended to. Food extremely slow, budget appetite accordingly, took about an hour to come out, we speculated it was potentially due to it servicing the new hotel (MUIR?) so managing room service? Would recommend to a friend, but not to be hungry.
We were out to celebrate my birthday and our server made sure every aspect of our experience was top-notch. We were seated very comfortably, dessert came with a candle and message of HBD and the food was excellent (mussels for me and steak for hubby). I can't get enough of the brown bread! Highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant and great service. Loved seeing the east coast themed menu. We really enjoyed our experience, however it was quite expensive. We both thought our meals were decent, but had higher expectations considering the price.

My husband took me here the second time as we had a great impression with our first visit. However, we are so disappointed with this time. First of all, we found a hair in our soup bowl. Moreover, we ordered steak and the presentation was below average which was not what we would expect from a fine dining restaurant. The taste was not so good either. The steak comes with fries and salad which have no dressing. This is fast food restaurant level. Save the money and go somewhere else. We aren’t coming back.

Outstanding meal and great service! Some very unique fish/ seafood dishes in particular. Try the snow crab and potato salad - it is superb! Overall this is a fabulous restaurant showcasing the best seafood and meat products available in Atlantic Canada, all prepared to the highest standard!

It's a restaurant worth trying on the waterfront. The setting is incredibly chic, cozy, and beautiful. The service is top-notch, with attentive servers. The food is decent; some dishes are excellent while others offer something unique.
Great brunch experience from start to finish! Service was attentive, personable and intuitive. Food was amazing. Had the Shrimp and lobster toasts. It was flawless. Kudos to the staff and to management!
Didn't love the food for the price. Thought the flavours were too complex and over powered each other. It was very good but for example the scallop and pork belly was very rich.

I've read mixed reviews about the food. We had a party of 6 and the experience was excellent. The food was perfect. Very cool, different menu that was delicious. We love the atmosphere and the service was amazing. We are here on business and will definitely be back when we are here again.
