Great place to study or hang out with friends. The location is very spacious and not loud. The seating is very comfortable, I could stay here for hours. There food is delicious but the drinks are just okay.

We ordered the egg croissant and pistachio croissant—both were delicious! I also tried the iced pistachio latte, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Great coffee, great staff.
Great coffee spot in front of the commons! We ordered the hazelnut frappe and an iced strawberry matcha, the butter croissant and a chicken pesto sandwich, all of which was delicious. One of the few good coffee spots which is open until 7pm!!
The croissants here are great! The Dubai chocolate one is my personal favourite, though it is incredibly rich! The pistachio filling is more sweet than I would liked (almost like frosting), but still a good croissant. Service is prompt, staff are friendly. No complaints!
Decidedly mid. Went in at around 7:15, no pastry or other breakfast items were ready yet aside from a limited selection of muffins. I got blueberry and it had a very small number of dried (not fresh) blueberries, so very little flavor. Espresso was over-extracted and quite astringent so I ended up needing the muffin to counter the aftertaste. Decor aesthetic was really lovely.
It was amazing and the coffe beans roasted fresh
Great coffee and the Dubai croissant is so good.

East Cup Cafe is a calm and cozy spot perfect for relaxing or getting some light work done. The coffee is great, smooth and well-balanced. Simple, elegant, and definitely worth coming back to.
Authentic coffee, great service, and fantastic atmosphere 👌 👏
This was maybe my 5th time visiting this cafe.
I had a good overall experience but had moments where I was disappointed.
The first moment was when I ordered their tiramisu and found that their tiramisu is not a traditional tiramisu and tastes like its from a mass distributor.
The second time was when I ordered a large iced matcha latte and they made a mistake of making it regular size. Once they realized, I saw that the barista poured it to a large cup and just added more milk resulting it to taste like watered down matcha and you could visually see that it was extremely light. When I went up and mentioned this, they added more matcha to my drink. This would’ve been fine but even with the addition of more matcha, it still tasted very watered down.
I then later realized someone sitting behind us who ordered the same thing except there was a big difference in the color of our drink.
The steps they took to fix their mistake was a disappointment and I hope that this doesn’t happen to someone else.
Overall, it’s a good place but the barista does not seem like he wants to be there. For management if you want to investigate further, this happened on may 7th around 4:45pm. (Although I’m pretty sure that the guy I am writing about is the manager or the owner).

I don’t usually make reviews but I found the service so extremely rude and unfriendly from the barista. I don’t know if someone was having a bad day but I won’t be back.
The coffee is great, its a perfect spot to study!
