The atmosphere of East cup is great, lots of natural lighting and decently priced. The service was okay. However, the drinks and food were less than desired. My food was mediocre and had a stale texture to it, my drink was horrible, I couldn’t even drink half of it. Between my friends and I only one person could drink what they ordered, the rest of us couldnt finish half of ours.

I had some kind of chocolate nutella cake and it was amazing! The seating was comfortable and the iced coffee was good. The service was great! I will be going again ❤️ I do wish they had lactose free milk but they did have several dairy free options.

Tried out one weekend because it looked popular and busy. Not super excited about t the parking situation and how few seats were available with those people lingering around with their laptops. The staff were very attentive and nice. Wish that they had home-baked healthy cake instead they have OK quality factory mass-produced sweets. Could be better operated if there was more “personal” touch in quality.Parking: If you are lucky, you could find a free parking spot in the side street but usually very busy and hard to find one especially with snow:(.

Visited this cafe with my family, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The food, coffee, and service left much to be desired. Despite requesting it to be reheated, the food still arrived cold.I got chicken panini, chai latte and dessert ( the dessert was good however the panini wasn’t good at all ) I won’t go back, I felt it was a waste of time and money and if you are driving don’t go at all, finding a spot to park is a nightmare

My first time visiting was this morning with a couple of friends. Had a large coffee and a croissant that must have been made just before I arrived. I have never had such a great croissant. The atmosphere, the staff, food and drinks are all wonderful. Spotlessly clean and they even come around and pick up your dirty dishes and ask if you want anything more. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything.
Large spacious coffee shop. Ample seating. Nice bright atmosphere. Great place to meet a friend and catch up or get a little work done. Can get busy when the students invade.

Place it's really good to have a nice coffee, they also sell many products if you are looking for beans or tea, even mugs and nuts. Nice options of sandwiches and cakes/cookies. It's a coffee place, not for big meals. Have a drink and get a snack while you work, have a meeting with friends/colleagues. Very comfortable and sort of different areas (community table, single table, table for two, etc). Loved the concept and the people working there are really nice.

This is a great place as a destination on an exercise walk. The cakes are phenominal. I have a peanut allergy so generally I avoid sweets for cross contamination purposes. When I saw the white chocolate cappone, i decided to risk my life on it. The coffee, freshly roasted, is quite tasty. The cafe is kept very clean. It's more like a library in that people enjoy the quietness and comfort. Relationships are the foundation for a successful service. The owner is a friend to everyone who comes in. I don't dress the part but I'm still welcomed, cheers.
