The worst service in the world. Staffs are horrible . They are not humans. The delivery driver is the worst driver in the city. No common sense at all.

The worst experience was this afternoon when I bought pita from this bakery. I went yesterday to this bakery and wanted to buy pita, so she told me today there is no pita and I have to order the day before, so I told her okay no problem and I ordered 6 bags of pita for tomorrow and I told her will the bita be fresh? she said sure. I went there today and bought 6 bags of pita but when the worker gave me them and asked me cash money only I felt that the pita was cold and a little dry, so I asked him, “Is this pita fresh?” He replied, “Of course, sure.” But when I went home and wanted to eat, I found the pita look like from a week ago. It was stale and cracked, this was my first and last experience, so I don’t recommend it.
I never have an issue with their pita’s gotta be there when they’re freshly made
The past few years I have had bad experiences whenever I have tried to open and fill the pita. It basically crumbles and falls apart. Even when they are fresh. It tastes fine and is good for dipping but terrible for filling. Even lite fills result in failure. I don't know what the better alternative is. I've always bought these pitas because they are at the local Mid East shop but it's embarassing when we have them with guests, and things end up a mess.
Was surprised about the comments regarding the moldy pitas. I think they use no preservatives at all which may be part of that, maybe the company should recommend customers eat fast or put in fridge. I do recommend their salad and take out meals. Especially their eggplant dishes.
Best spot ever!

Best Pita to ever exist on planet earth. ?
Very bad experience with them! For 3 times in a row, I ordered whole wheat then next day it was not available! In addition, their pita is always not well done. You feel eating a dough. I do not recommend at all!
Delicious dips and patries!

Every time I buy them I find green mold 4-5 days before the date on the best before tag. I happened with me multiple times in the past few months.
it wasn't until moved away from Halifax that I realized how spoiled I had been. This is the shop that supplies many of the local retailers with pita, including large grocery chains -- however, you can buy at the Agricola Street location. That they do not export fresh pita to England is truly a "pita".
Dry, breaks easy.
Best Lebanese bread in Nova Scotia now available at Costco Fancy Lebanese Bakery Halifax
This is a bakery/factory and they sell wholesale only. You can buy their freshest breads at the next-door Mid-East Food Centre (North & Agricola) where I've always found five-star pitas (if I get there before the day's order is all gone).I have often disappointed by their breads when I buy them at my nearby Sobeys store... I presume the wholesale order goes to the distribution centre in Stellarton, and then back to Halifax, and this may add a day or more to the once-fresh pitas... You gotta feel test the packages before buying. Freshness matters, and some retailers don't seem to care. Not the Brand's fault, IMHO
